  • Love it, Love it, Love it!

"We spent the week with our two adults sons and their wives. It was a great location for beach activity since it was in the "family area" and not so commercial. The view from the condo each morning was excellent. The condo was very nice and is located right next door to the elevator. The lovely decor was very beachy and furniture looked fairly new. Everything worked as far as T.V.s etc and the kitchen was well stocked. Had a little trouble with the WIFI but the receptionist was able to get the right code for us. We've stayed in several condos on Daytona Beach and we all agreed that this is one of the best for the price. Overall it was a great condo and we hope to use it again in the future. When we did have questions, John was just a call away. That was very appreciated. If you go, don't miss Aunt Catfish's restaurant which is just over the bridge. Call ahead for quicker seating! Inlet Harbor is also a great place to eat, arrange boat tours, and shop. The restaurant is very laid back and the food was delicious."

  • Relaxing Getaway

"This is a comfortable unit with everything needed for relaxing stay. The complex itself is smaller than most (only 30 units) so you don't feel crowded or cramped. There is a nice pool area with a shaded gazebo and easy access to the beach. Being on the 1st floor allows the resident access straight out the sliding door patio area to the pool/sundeck and beach below without riding elevators or circling to and from the main entrace in the front. As this lowest level sits high, there's still a nice view of the ocean from the slider and patio with a small grassy area that provides a private feel. Neighbors were friendly, and we quickly felt at home here. Highly recommended."

  • Family vacation

"We had a great time, absolutely no complaints about the property itself. We were not happy with the fact that the rental company made us switch houses because the association changed the occupancy limits and the original property we choose was beach front and we were given another house that was not beach front for the same price so that was a major disappointment."
