Exceeded my expectations!
"I took my family of 5 on vacation here. I had never been on vacation before as an adult making all the arrangements. When I sent a message to the owner, Greg, he was so helpful, gave me all the information I needed for the stay, and so quick on the response! When he stated that it had everything I needed, it was not an exaggeration!! The house was so clean and super nice! It had plenty of room for everyone and it will definitely be the exact place I return to for my next vacation!! Thank you guys for such a great stay!"

"I highly recommend Sea Dreams as an excellent family vacation rental property. It has something for everyone! My go to place was the beautiful beach! My husband loved the golf courses! The elevator kept my 92 year old mother involved with the family. The screened in porch was perfect for her crocheting pastime, being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather without too much sun. My daughter and her friend loved the hot tub! The grandkids could swim in the pool all day! Outlet shopping was 20 minutes away at St. Augustine. Disney was a very manageable 1.5 hour trip. The home theatre was a great rainy day distraction. The resort pool was a wonderful option although it was a little too cool for us to use. I'm sure in 2 or 3 weeks it would have been warm enough. The grilling deck was very convenient and the view off of it was spectacular! The kitchen and wet bar were perfect! Everything was stocked with all the necessary cooking/baking/appliances/dishes/cookware we needed. The bedrooms were roomy and plenty of towels were available for use. There were many water and sand toys available for the children to use! That was a very nice plus for them! The children brought their bikes and enjoyed riding bikes in the neighborhood. The fire pit also was a nice addition to family fun by the pool. I would love to come back again to this property. We really needed to stay for a month! The only glitches we experienced were: 1. The hot tub was cold upon our Saturday arrival and was not serviced until Monday. It really needs a hand rail. I fell going in. 2. The home theatre had some problems and could not be completely serviced until Tuesday. 3. The bottom dishwasher rack was very defective, missing a wheel and hard to load with plates."

"My wife and I have just returned from our second visit to Daytona Beach in the last 2 months. On each occasion we have used this home for our lodging. The first time I happened to bump into it while searching for lodging close to our daughters home in LPGA. We had such a great experience the first time, we only considered this home for our second visit in August. While the location is approximately 20 minutes from the actual beach it has exceptional access to I95 and I4. The home itself has everything you could possibly want---space, fully and very nicely furnished, large flat screen TV's with cable, and exceptional amenities like quality bed linens, towels, etc. In addition the screened salt water pool is perfect for early morning or late evening relaxation, and spectacular should your children (or in our case grandchildren) accompany you. Enough cannot be said about the owners, their professionalism, incredible responsiveness, and overall hospitality. I spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry including CEO positions for two major hotel companies, and can assure you these owners match anything you will find in effectively dealing with guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, and courtesy."

"If you are interested in history, this is a place for you. Every corner of this property contains a bit of Florida's past. The Lodge is like staying at your Uncle Joe's cabin but instead of being by the lake, you are by the ocean. Great place if you like camping, nature, and want a rustic setting."
