"Our stay with the family was excellent, the property was clean and comforable for the 18 of us. The SPA/Pool was clean and the temperture made the visit super for the children. The Theater was enjoyed by all. The only complaint was the rug in the Game room was a problem and should be replaced, and the kitchen could use an update."

"As soon as we arrived, it almost felt like "home". I've always been drawn to the beach and having stayed here was just like therapy. So close to the beach (less than a 5 minute stroll), Seatreat had so many "toys" for us to use and enjoy at the beach. The owners are a pleasure to talk to and do business with. The house was really so much more than we expected. Comfy beds, sweet deck with a back yard in the back, spacious living area and a kitchen decked out with everything except a chef (but my wife handles the cooking anyways). Above all that, the rate was excellent and it definitely was worth it as opposed to staying at a hotel or motel."

"Had a nice stay in Mid March with 11 family members. Nice house in a good location for a relaxing stay. Beach, pool, st Augustine, Daytona, cape canaveral and orlando all provided daily activities for family members. Some add'l observations that weren't mentioned in earlier reviews: 1 ocean view is no longer the same as most lots across street now have houses built; 2 community gate requires car to check in each time you return; 3. Publix market is very close by for food and supplies; 4 there is a $2 toll bridge nearby consider a multi-visit discounted pass upon arrival. Suggestions for rental company: 1first night starter package w coffee, filters, salt, pepper, etc would be nice; 2 providing five or six beach towels would enhance; 3. Found broom but no dust pan. Also, Never had a need to contact company for service. Everything in the home worked as expected. Pool/spa remote was unique but figured it out."

"The "Upper Deck" is a wonderful place to stay. It is modern, clean, airy, spacious, 90 steps from the beach, in a quiet area yet just a few miles from downtown St. Augustine. It has everything in it you need to cook. The fourth floor deck is terrific for sun-bathing or looking at the sea (or in our case New Year's Eve fireworks shot from the fishing pier right down the beach). The only thing you need to bring are beach towels and items like toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish towels & cloth, paper towels, foil etc. Don't think you will be disappointed with this beautiful house. Also, Vacation Rental Pros were wonderful to work with...very professional, patient, informative and helpful!"
