"The home was lovely. It was the first time we rented a home and we would definitely do it again. It took a while for the pool to heat up but by Wednesday, it was comfortable enough for the kids to swim. The only suggestion I have for the home is to put a runner on the stairs. Both me and my son fell down the stairs during our stay. He had socks on. I did not. We had my in laws stay in the bedroom downstairs for fear that the same would happen to them. Other than that, the home was terrific and Erica from vacation rental pros was extremely helpful in getting the pool guy out to check the heater."

"Stayed here last year and returned this year. Beautiful condo, well appointed with marvelous location right on ocean. My grandchildren loved the large pool and enjoyed all the activities Ponce Inlet affords. Would highly recommend. Well return here next year."

"We had a great vacation. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-appointed and stocked. The heated pool/spa area was wonderful and we spent most of our time there. Walking to the beach was easy and the trail is well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded. The only downside, and it's a small one, was that VRP sent an independent repairman to the house to fix a window without any notice. I called the office while he was at the front door to make sure he was legitimate (as we had no knowledge of a window needing repair) but never got through to anyone…could only leave a message. I left a message for someone to please return my call to discuss but no one returned the call. We did let the repairman in & my husband escorted him in since the window was in a bedroom with personal effects. Overall, not a huge deal but a phone call, even after the fact, would have been nice."
