  • Spring break 2015

"We were in Daytina beach from March 14-21 2015. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We traveled with 4 adults and 1 toddler, it was suitable for all. I would recommend this place and we will be returning. Thank-you!"

  • Something for Everyone!

"I highly recommend Sea Dreams as an excellent family vacation rental property. It has something for everyone! My go to place was the beautiful beach! My husband loved the golf courses! The elevator kept my 92 year old mother involved with the family. The screened in porch was perfect for her crocheting pastime, being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather without too much sun. My daughter and her friend loved the hot tub! The grandkids could swim in the pool all day! Outlet shopping was 20 minutes away at St. Augustine. Disney was a very manageable 1.5 hour trip. The home theatre was a great rainy day distraction. The resort pool was a wonderful option although it was a little too cool for us to use. I'm sure in 2 or 3 weeks it would have been warm enough. The grilling deck was very convenient and the view off of it was spectacular! The kitchen and wet bar were perfect! Everything was stocked with all the necessary cooking/baking/appliances/dishes/cookware we needed. The bedrooms were roomy and plenty of towels were available for use. There were many water and sand toys available for the children to use! That was a very nice plus for them! The children brought their bikes and enjoyed riding bikes in the neighborhood. The fire pit also was a nice addition to family fun by the pool. I would love to come back again to this property. We really needed to stay for a month! The only glitches we experienced were: 1. The hot tub was cold upon our Saturday arrival and was not serviced until Monday. It really needs a hand rail. I fell going in. 2. The home theatre had some problems and could not be completely serviced until Tuesday. 3. The bottom dishwasher rack was very defective, missing a wheel and hard to load with plates."

  • VERY NICE, BUT SOME ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED

"Overall my wife and I were pleased with Seaduction, but there were several issues we feel the owner should address. The house was very large and clean. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. The master bedroom was also very large. Loved the walk-in shower. The pool area was wonderful for entertaining. We used the outside grill several times. The upstairs terrace, overlooking the pool and golf course was wonderful. Loved the large table and TV next to the kitchen. Short walk to the beach which was beautiful. Area very quiet and safe. As for the areas that need improvement: there was very little in the way of instructions. No instructions how to turn on pool lights or sauna "blower". No remote for the garage that we could find. House appears to have a sound system for every room. Could not figure out how it worked. Only one set of keys left for a house that sleeps 10. 60" TV in great room was nice, but developed horizontal lines over top half of screen. Repairman told us it needed to be replaced. TV in master bedroom is large, but old with average picture quality. Should be replaced with flatcreen. Wi-fi very slow. Could get internet, but not able to view webcasts, videos. Outside cushions for downstairs pool area need to be replaced. My cell phone reception at the house was terrible, others had more luck with their phones. Need new beach chairs. Ones in garage old and rusted. Several lights out in house, pool, and sauna. Light switch to stairs was broken. All of these required several trips by VRP and others. VRP staff very responsive and professional, but these things should have been fixed before we got there. House for sale while we were there and had four visits from rental agents and potential buyers. All very nice, but a bit of a nuisance. Driveway long but narrow. Tough for parking more than 2 cars. Several stains on carpet."
