"Stepped into a spotless condo, as usual. The unit was well stocked with cookware and bath linens. Bath tissue paper and paper towels were also supplied (we added to the stock). The bed linens are comfy and clean. The flat screen televisions have crisp pictures. The cable and wi-fi have strong signals. The ground floor is a perfect location, no steps or elevators. Open the door and you're on the pool deck. The patio is a nice place to relax and to listen to the ocean. Communication with the owners, Terry and Del, is prompt and courteous. I'm glad I found this wonderful place."Guest: Lisa Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 11, 2014View listing
"The condo was just right for one and possibly two guests. The condo and complex were very clean and had everything I needed. The view was gorgeous and I enjoyed waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the pelicans fly by. The owner was very easy to work with and called me to ask how my stay was. The complex was within walking distance to the pier, boardwalk and the ocean center and walk. The only thing I would think the condo could use is an iron, blow dryer, blender and better and more bath towels. I would like to return next year."Guest: Edna R. "The location and condo's were beautiful. The screen door off of the Master bedroom needs to be repaired or replaced. It does not slide well and jams. Overall both condos were perfect."Guest: George S. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 20, 2014View listing
"What an amazing week!!! We were first time renters and a little apprehensive as to what to expect. The check-in started out well (we arrived at 11:00am). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only hitch was at the 4:00 "legal" check in time. Things were a bit chaotic, but all in all we only had a half hour wait to grab our keys. We were very pleasantly surprised at how clean and maintained the condo was when we arrived. We had originally booked the condo as a family of nine (my husband, myself, my three 20 something year old sons, two girlfriends and my 15 year old daughter) but at the last minute my sister-in-law and two nieces (ages 3 & 8) were able to join us. The condo had a great set up and we had more than enough room. We truly enjoyed the umbrella and chair service at the beach every day and finished up our afternoons by the fabulous pools and lazy river. Our only hiccup was when I woke on Tuesday morning to a warm fridge and melted freezer. I sent an email to Robin. Within 10 minutes I had a reply and a repairman was on the way. The repairman arrived within the hour and after an assessment of the appliance and a call to order new parts, it was determined that the repair would take 3 days. I didn't even have time to complain because Robin immediately instructed them to purchase and install a brand new fridge. Side note...all this took place while I was sitting on the beach!!! By the time we returned from our day of sun and fun, the new fridge was up and running with all of our items moved into the new one by the repairman. I never lifted a finger. I then received another email from Robin instructing me to let her know if anything had spoiled because she would reimburse us for any items lost. Fortunately all we had to throw out were two ice cream cups from Baskin Robbins. What could have been an all day, time consuming, beach time lost nightmare was turned into a pleasant, 2 email exchange with fantastic results all because of Robin. She was an absolute dream to deal with. We are hoping to rent again next year because we enjoyed ourselves so much! Another side note....The Oceanwalk shoppes, restaurants and movie theater make the experience even more enjoyable. You literally can park your car and not drive again til you leave if you choose to. It has a great "island feel"!!"Guest: Cathi T. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 4, 2014View listing
