"My husband and I arrived at the condo on 7/27. We always come to Daytona every year and have for the last seven years. We decided to stay in a condo this year and had some reservations..since we have not always had a great stay at some in the past. Jan's condo was absolutely wonderful. It was spotless and very clean. It is on the third floor which overlooks the ocean. She had absolutely wonderful, comfortable and relaxing patio furniture to sit out on the balcony. She also has an ottoman and chair that lays back to take in the relaxing sounds of the ocean and the sun, if you don;t want to go to the pool or ocean. We loved the privacy of having a key to get into the font door at night of the facility and of the key that lets you into the pool and beach area. That way if you are not staying there you do not have the accessibility of the pool or the inside of the building. I would recommend Jan's condo to anyone. It is one of the best decision we have ever made. You are very secure, there is something for everyone from the pool to the hot tub, to the game room, to the beach. I give it 5 stars and will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the very relaxing vacation and the wonderful experience."Guest: Susan Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 7, 2014View listing
"Walked into a nice big condo. The pictures and description doesn't do it justice. We especially loved the nice big balcony. Loved the pool and beach. Took advantage of the common grill area and had dinner overlooking the beach. Nice neighbors as well! We would definitely like to return next year :)"Guest: Sherry F. "The week my family spent at Harmony House was great. We loved having our own stretch of beach and lots of privacy. The house is not in a typical conglomeration of rental properties - if you are looking for miniature golf, go carts, jet skis, para-sailing , quad bikes and the like, you should look elsewhere. This rental is for people who like nature and quite. The beach is lined with coquina rocks, so playing in the waves is a low-tide activity, especially for small children. The rocks themselves are quite interesting, with basins and holes like Swiss cheese through which the waves surge at high tide. The house is not fancy (consistent with it's bronze rating) and could use some maintenance, but was comfortable enough. Be advised that the “bonus room” has changed very little since it's previous life as a garage and offers easy in-out privileges for bugs, including stunningly large (but harmless) huntsman spiders. The best thing about this real estate is location, location, location. There are no near neighbors on either side and having an unobstructed view of undeveloped coastline from the breakfast table was wonderful. VacationRentalPros manages this property in a profession manor – maybe too much so. They responded promptly to all inquiries, but also made me sign a one-sided contract with a long list of offenses that would result in our immediate eviction or extra charges to my credit card. That said, they didn't hassle us in any way during our visit, and the notices posted inside the house were much less adversarial. When comparing rental property prices be sure to read the fine print – in addition to taxes, a high cleaning fee, and a non-refundable damage fee, there is an additional charge of 5.95% for unspecified “amenities.” On the whole we were very pleased with our stay at Harmony House. The quite surroundings and proximity to nature suited our family of introverts well."Guest: MICHAEL H. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 13, 2014View listing
"Ocean Delight was truly delightful in every way. The views from the house are a treat, and the walkway to the beach was very convenient. The beach was gorgeous."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 13, 2014View listing
