  • Great Condo !!!!!!!

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NSB. The condo was beautiful and in excellent condition. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was provided for. Even though it was across the street from the beach it was an easy and short walk. Loved this home away from home!"

  • So great I didn't want to leave

"We had a great time staying at Ed's condo. Everything is provided from frying pans to cheese graters to q tips and shampoo. I cooked almost all of our meals there and seemed to have everything I needed for kitchen supplies. The condo is really nice and the view is spectacular. We felt really at home. Good size parking space that fit my ford crew cab pickup truck. Bed was super comfy too. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend."

  • Perfect Vaction Home for Introverts

"The week my family spent at Harmony House was great. We loved having our own stretch of beach and lots of privacy. The house is not in a typical conglomeration of rental properties - if you are looking for miniature golf, go carts, jet skis, para-sailing , quad bikes and the like, you should look elsewhere. This rental is for people who like nature and quite. The beach is lined with coquina rocks, so playing in the waves is a low-tide activity, especially for small children. The rocks themselves are quite interesting, with basins and holes like Swiss cheese through which the waves surge at high tide. The house is not fancy (consistent with it's bronze rating) and could use some maintenance, but was comfortable enough. Be advised that the “bonus room” has changed very little since it's previous life as a garage and offers easy in-out privileges for bugs, including stunningly large (but harmless) huntsman spiders. The best thing about this real estate is location, location, location. There are no near neighbors on either side and having an unobstructed view of undeveloped coastline from the breakfast table was wonderful. VacationRentalPros manages this property in a profession manor – maybe too much so. They responded promptly to all inquiries, but also made me sign a one-sided contract with a long list of offenses that would result in our immediate eviction or extra charges to my credit card. That said, they didn't hassle us in any way during our visit, and the notices posted inside the house were much less adversarial. When comparing rental property prices be sure to read the fine print – in addition to taxes, a high cleaning fee, and a non-refundable damage fee, there is an additional charge of 5.95% for unspecified “amenities.” On the whole we were very pleased with our stay at Harmony House. The quite surroundings and proximity to nature suited our family of introverts well."

  • Loved the Ocean Views & steps to the Beach

"As a former Ritz-Carlton executive, I highly recommend this beach house. I was amazed at the ocean views, and really enjoyed waking up to the sound of the ocean on the deck. The house was immaculate upon my arrival, and I was pleasantly surprised how fast the wifi was, being so close to the ocean. The beach was secluded and access was just steps from the property. The best part was that I could walk to the Canaveral National Seashore, JBs Fish Camp - best seafood restaurant on the InterCoastal, and a public park with tennis courts, basketball courts and full playground for the kids. I liked the elephant made out of towels by the cleaning service - reminded me of a Disney cruise. When I see that level of detail, I know the owners care about my experience. Because A1A dead ends at this part of the coast just a mile down the road, there is very little traffic. I am recommending that my wife and her girlfriends rent this property for their next girl's excursion. We had some rain, so I was pleased to have an enclosed garage - that is not common when staying at a property this close to the ocean. I packed light, so I was pleased that there was a full-size washer & dryer. It is not often that I find a reasonably priced luxury beach house, clean, with ocean views and easy beach access. I stopped by Publix on the way to the house, stocked up, and spent the week grilling, enjoying the beach and relaxing on the deck enjoying the ocean. For me, it felt like a second home, and that was the experience I was looking for."
