"We vacation often and have rented multiple condos and rental homes through VRBO in the past. This condo was at the top of the list for excellence. Dave and Phyllis were wonderful to work with and their home is beautiful. We are so grateful to them for sharing it with us. We had our nephew with us for his very first vacation and it made it even more perfect for him. We also thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our Thanksgiving there with friends. The condo is beautiful (as I already stated) but the location is probably a large part of the reason we enjoyed it as much as we did. It is only a mile away from Flagler Ave and this makes for a very convenient walk to some wonderful taverns and shopping. If you access a hidden NSB secret, it is even more convenient. This would be the NSB Free ride. NSB is a beautiful area and coming home each day to Dave and Phyllis' amazing condo was wonderful. We would highly recommend this condo to even our closest friends. If I had one negative it would be that the pool wasn't heated. But this is common in Florida this time of year. So not the condo owner's fault. Dave and Phyllis gave us an exceptional list of dining places which was greatly appreciated. Our favorites were The Garlic, Ocean's Market, JB Fish Camp and New Smryna Steakhouse. Flagler Tavern was a favorite night time hangout for the adults. The GM there, Debbie, is wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer!!"

"We recently came back from a great 9 night stay at the condo. We love it here! I believe this was our sixth or seventh visit to this condo. It has everything you need for a short or extended stay. The view from the 5th floor ocean front balcony is fantastic. We usually had coffee there each morning, along with a few sunrises. The Hawaiian Inn also has a beautiful pool and reasonably priced tiki bar. The burgers and fries there are great! Grocery store is about a block away if you need to pick something up. Be sure to visit Aunt Catfishes Restaurant on Dunlawton, you won't regret it. Thanks again Marge and Joe for allowing us to stay at your condo, we look forward to returning for a couple of stays next year."

Happiness Cove is such a perfect name for such a beautiful place!
"Happiness Cove is such a perfect name for such a beautiful place. We had a wonderful time windsurfing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, skating, skateboarding, running and tri-biking (of all things). But nothing could be more wonderful than just sitting on the porch watching the water, the clouds, the dolphins, the birds, and even a manatee and an otter! A few weeks of this relaxation, peace and joy has gone a long way towards restoring our sanity. We also visited the Kennedy Space Center three times and saw two launches!! We hit the mother lode of manatees when we were kayaking and I got to pet some! We had family and friends join us for a few days, did a couple of cook-outs, a sunset paddle at the park at Sykes Creek, and hit a few yard sales.
The house is very well thought out, comfortable, bright, had pretty much everything we needed, and was a pure pleasure to live in. Thank you so much! We hope to be back again. B & B, NC – May 2014"

"Overall a great experience. Plenty of space- having a bathroom with each room is a huge plus. Lots of areas to have pricy, read a book, watch tv etc. The beach was awesome and the pool refreshing. A few suggestions: 1. Pool guys need to come more often (we had to clean the pool each morning 2.Ceiling fans on the decks would be nice. The morning/afternoon sun mad it a bit toasty on the decks for eating. 3. Kitchen was HUGE and plenty of cooking area. Need to make sure that all the basic cooking pans, dishes are available. Several basic necessities were missing 4. Check inventory on towels. Very few washcloths."
