  • Beach LOVE!!!

"Just returned from a week of living beachfront in this wonderful condo. The bathrooms are the only rooms that don't have a beachfront view. My family and I definitely enjoyed our time together in this beautiful condo. Thanks Rich and Jessica for sharing with us."

  • Bo Hoo, we have to leave today!

"Wonderful experience, couldn't have been easier. No picking up keys, doors have, doors have lock boxes. Condo very clean and kitchen well stocked, we make dinner for 10 every night. Best part was the gorgeous view!!! Pictures do not do this condo justice. The vaulted ceilings and large patio overlooking the golf course and the ocean can't be captured on film. We sat every late afternoon and watched the storm roll in, rarely had to move off the patio. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We can't wait to come again."

  • Perfect for Us!

"My 2 siblings and I and our spouses stayed in this house Nov 22 to 29, 2014. We were there to celebrate our mother's 88th birthday and Thanksgiving, and knew we were hosting the turkey dinner on Thursday. We were very pleased to see how large and well equipped the kitchen was - the only thing we needed was a large turkey roasting pan (which was easy to pick up at Publix). The description of 4 houses from the beach was accurate enough, but be aware that the walk from the access to the water is pretty long! (Perhaps as long as 300 yards.) My sister has mobility issues and that walk would have been too long for her had the weather cooperated and given us some beach days. We had decided to pay to heat the pool and were glad we did. There were pool noodles and a very lovely float in the pool storage closet and I noticed some baby friendly things in there too. There was a well-used beach buggy - the thing you put your beach paraphernalia in to wheel down to the beach - as well as some beach chairs and sand toys in the garage. The whole process of renting the house was easy and I found the property manager, Kim, to be very responsive and helpful in answering the questions I had. I would recommend this house and can easily imagine a return visit."

  • Relaxing Getaway

"This is a comfortable unit with everything needed for relaxing stay. The complex itself is smaller than most (only 30 units) so you don't feel crowded or cramped. There is a nice pool area with a shaded gazebo and easy access to the beach. Being on the 1st floor allows the resident access straight out the sliding door patio area to the pool/sundeck and beach below without riding elevators or circling to and from the main entrace in the front. As this lowest level sits high, there's still a nice view of the ocean from the slider and patio with a small grassy area that provides a private feel. Neighbors were friendly, and we quickly felt at home here. Highly recommended."
