"This was a cute condo that is tastefully decorated and well stocked. The second floor is a great location and the view of the beach is nice. The pool was newly refurbished and the whole complex is undergoing refurbishment which will really make this place even better. We were very happy with this condo and the location on NSB is convenient to stores and the beach was beautiful. I would recommend this condo. If you are using the convertible bed, I would suggest something cushiony on it to make it more comfortable.. Also, the owners are very available to talk to, if needed."

"Having grown up in Central Florida, we always loved getting away to the beach... for the day...a weekend or whatever we could get, but there's just something SO sweet about staying at Sea Coast! It's on the no-drive section of the beach, yet not too far south that you feel like you're far removed from all civilization! This particular unit at Sea Coast just received a lovely interior makeover and was especially clean and had the most comfortable beds! The town of New Smyrna has been getting a face-lift as well... so it was fun to take the short drive into town and look around. The boardwalk at the north inlet was especially nice, too! I'm already looking forward to another Sea Coast getaway! (We highly recommend this unit!)"

"Our stay was not as enjoyable as it should have been. It had nothing to do with the owner or the condo itself. The weather while we were there was unseasonably cold, wet and windy. Also the construction that was to have been done was only finished the week before we left. The construction was going on most days, weekends included.
The condo itself helped to ease the problems. The living room area was comfortable for watching TV, reading and using our Kindles. The dining area was perfect for doing puzzles. The bath and bedroom areas were large and well equipped. The mattress in the master bedroom was easy on the back. The master shower was easy to get into and out of.
The kitchen area was the one area that could use some work. The pots and pans could use some updating. The burners on the stove were difficult to cook on. The back screen door is definitely in need of being replaced.
The location of the condo is great with easy access to stores and restaurants. Outside of the weather and construction we enjoyed our stay. The owners and guests staying there were friendly. We enjoyed several meals with them."

"My wife and I stayed in the unit for a week. The condo was nicely decorated, very comfortable and was well equipped. The beach was beautiful and the pool was great! The one drawback was there were no table lamps in the entire condo (bedrooms or living area). It made it difficult to relax and read a book in the early morning or evening."
