"We stayed in this condo for the month of January 2015. This was on of the best stocked condos we have come across. Everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds, love the large walk in shower and 2nd bathroom. So many luxurious towels and beach towels. The washer and dryer worked great. The living room and master bedroom overlook the ocean which can be chilly in January but is great for walking. Loved that we were not in the midst of Daytona beach. Ponce Inlet is within many areas of interest: Blue Springs Park with the manatees, Merrit National wildlife area, Ormand Beach, the Ponce inlet lighthouse to name a few. Even did some estate sales in nearby towns for a change of pace. In general, the condo was clean though there was a slight mustiness when we first arrived which I think is a possibility when living on the beach and having carpeting. The microwave and phone appeared greasy and could have used an extra cleaning. Wifi was fine but we had a difficult time getting our phones to work and not hang up mid conversation. However this condo is still great; it has lots of games and books should you have children or need something to do on a rainy day."

Comfortable oceanfront condo on a quiet, expansive white sand beach
"This 2 bedroom condo is located on an expansive beach with fine white sand. The beach is ideal for taking long walks. Unlike some of the other area beaches, it is a "no drive" beach, which in more conducive to a peaceful experience, sitting in the sun, watching the waves, and the pelicans fly overhead. There is an onsite swimming pool which is well maintained, and a casual restaurant next door. I like this paricular condo unit because of the panoramic oceanview from the living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom. The decor is comfortable and homey with coastal accents. The dining area has a large, solid wood dining room table and chairs conducive to family meals. The balcony is comfortably furnished for 3-4 people. During my most recent visit, a group set up an area on the beach for playing soccer, which acted as a magnet for the young athletic beach-goers. Because the beach is so large, this active area did not in any way interfere with the people seeking a quiet, peaceful experience."

"Our family of 5 plus my dad enjoyed a wonderful week in this 4 BR home in Ponce Inlet. The owners were quick to respond to any query and the house has everything you need for a week at the beach. We loved being within walking distance to the very private beach. Everyone slept very comfortably in the comfy beds and the multiple dens gave us plenty of options for tv watching in the evenings. We visited the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse again and loved being so close to Boondocks, one of our most favorite restaurants in the area. We ate at Inlet Harbor and Down the Hatch as well and highly recommend both to future guests. We love Ponce Inlet and hope to retire to this area ourselves one day in the future.."
