"This was how another resident described Sea Oaks, in Vero Beach, FL. And it was true. Our tennis villa was comfortable and well-supplied, with bikes, beach chairs, etc. There were many beautiful days when we could thank our blessings, after seeing the weather reports from our area (NYC). Aside from the tennis, which is what Sea Oaks really known for, we spent many hours on the nearby beach, and both the pool right behind our villa, and the bigger facility on the ocean, where we didn't miss the weekly cocktail party. We discovered that Sebastian, a few miles north, offers good shopping and sea food restaurants, avoiding the A1A traffic into Vero Beach proper, which has its own dining and cultural sites. The bottom line is, we must have liked it enough: we're coming back in January 2016 -- for an even longer stay."

"This lovely vacation home easily swallowed our family of 5 and kept us and guests comfy and contented. A good sized pool and great tropical garden were fabulous at any time of day and through into the evenings. The location is a little way from Vero but this made for peace and quiet as well as great access to the beach and sea but also, a little way along the road the beauty that is the Indian River - peace and tranquility on your doorstep. Fabulous.
Our older children were happy enough to head out on day trips up the Space Coast and even across to Orlando to enjoy all that is on offer there whilst we chilled at base camp or enjoyed the simple pleasure of Vero. Vero itself is a pristeen community and very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful people were all we encountered. Walking along the sands in an evening was tremendous.
The kitchen and outdoor grill were great if we decided to stay in and local restaurants were varied but always reasonable value and good food.
We found an abundance of wildlife around us from the crabs, frogs, squirrels, lizards, pelicans and insects in the gardens through to the Porpoise and Manatee on the Indian River.
Great holiday home, we would stay again and are happy to recommend this to friends and strangers alike."
