  • Lovely, generous owner

"We have rented a few times through Homeaway, and this owner Laura, seems typical of the owners who seem to just want you to have a great vacation in their home. Booking was simple and straightforward, and the description on the website was very accurate. We arrived at about 10pm, and had no problem getting in - lights were on, entry worked. The apartment was super-clean, even though it is beside a sandy beach. Instructions were clear and adequate, without being over-prescriptive. If you rent this apartment, have a good look at what is already there before you go and buy it. There was soap, shampoo, shower gel, laundry and dishwasher detergent, tin foil, plastic bags, cooler and cooler ice packs, beach chairs etc etc. We perhaps added to the stores when we left, and didn't worry about what we used. Deposit returned promptly and in full. There is plenty to do in the area - beach walks to Port Canaveral (flat white sand wherever the tide is), a couple of miles the other way to Cocoa; about 30 minutes to Merritt Island Wildlife Reserve, and to Ritch Grissom Wetlands, and to Christmas nature reserve. Shopping in Melbourne and Orlando, fishing from port canaveral, and just watching the birds and the dolphins on the beach. We hope to return for another week or two next year, and this condo will be our first choice of place to stay. Thanks very much Laura. We really appreciated and enjoyed your hospitality."

  • Fantastic Condo

"Pat, the owner, was a pleasure to communicate with and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We preferred this condo building as it is smaller, not too many people to share hot tub, pool and beach. My Husband, I, our son and daughter had a wonderful time in this condo unit. Everything, including decoration and style of unit fit our family perfectly. The condo unit was very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and updated throughout the unit. Washer and dryer in unit were convenient and appreciated. Everything in the condo worked and was well supplied with necessities and more. The unit has all the comforts and relaxation of home. We enjoyed the large balcony with the beautiful oceanfront view. The 4th floor was nice as we could quickly take the stairs instead of the elevator. The security throughout the entire building was extremely good. We had a secured indoor parking space, a bonus when rained in pm. We had a great time, didn't want to leave and would definitely recommend this unit. We look forward to coming back next year."

  • Fantastic Vacation!!

"My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th Anniversary...and what a great choice we made. The location was awesome, the condo was in a great location. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and unbelievable views from the balcony. We can't wait to come back next year. The condo is very well done, everything you need is right there, all the comforts of home. The owners are great to deal with and very friendly. Looking forward to making many more memories there."

Florida Central East Travel Tips

Fun in the Sun on Florida’s East Coast

Florida’s famous weather makes the east coast an ideal destination at any time of year. The reason, of course, is the guaranteed sun with temperatures from 60 degrees Fahrenheit in winter to soaring to well over 80 degrees Fahrenheit in summer.

The area covers the counties of Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie and includes some of America’s best beaches from Daytona to Vero. Getting here could not be easier, with the main airport being situated in Orlando and the I-95 running the length of the coast. Once visitors arrive at one of the many Florida East Coast vacation rentals on offer, they often wonder why they didn’t take this vacation before.

The Major Attractions for Central East Coast Florida

The huge variety of attractions makes Florida East Coast vacation rentals the perfect choices for those seeking a relaxed vacation with plenty on offer besides the fabulous beaches. The most famous attraction here is the world-renowned Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Station. This 140,000-acre site is the home of the America’s Space Program. There is also a wealth of typically American museums such as the Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts, Brevard Museum of History and Natural Science, Florida Agricultural Museum, and McLarty Treasure Museum.

For those able to tear themselves away from the beach, Lake Okeechobee is a great place for biking, hiking or fishing. The St. Johns River EcoTour at Orange City offers boat trips for sightseeing. Some of the major attractions in Florida are its wildlife and natural environment and there are many opportunities to enjoy taking some time to learn more about Florida’s non-human inhabitants. Orange City is the home to Blue Spring State Park, a wildlife area and bird sanctuary. Other such parks are found at Black Point, Merritt Island, Saint Sebastian and Jonathan Dickinson State Park.

Few visitors come to Florida without being drawn to Disney. Visitors to Florida East Coast condos will find they are within easy reach of a day trip or two to Disney and the huge array of theme parks, attractions, restaurants and shopping around Orlando vacation rentals.

A Great Location for Beach Lovers Looking for Something Extra

For those who come for the glorious sand and wonderful ocean, Florida East Coast beach rentals offer the opportunity to pick a home right on one of the many beaches in the area. The hardest part is deciding where along the miles of coastline will best suit your needs. Whether it is a secluded property for two or a family seeking a spacious beach home, you will find a property to suit any requirement. Fully equipped, these properties offer a home environment with everything you need to truly take advantage of your well-earned vacation.

Pick one of our Florida East Coast vacation rentals near one of the many beaches known for water sports such as jet skiing, waterskiing, deep sea fishing, and swimming for action-packed beach days or quiet, secluded areas for days spent beachcombing, fishing, and peaceful sunbathing.

Why Choose from Florida East Coast Condos
