  • Most enjoyable Christmas time get-away!

"Dearest Pat and Frazier.......I can't say enough about your beautiful condo. The minute we walked in and lights were on welcoming us to the walk down the hallway to the amazing view of the beach and ocean.....we felt right at home. The updated bathrooms and kitchen in condo #703 are beautiful! The kitchen not only has amazing views but is so well stocked with anything someone could need. We love to cook and were able to find pots/pans/utensils/dishes....anything we needed was there. The bedrooms are quite spacious with plenty of closet space. The beds and pillows were so much more comfortable than any other rental we have ever had. Everything is so well maintained and clean.....we absolutely love your condo and wish we could move in! The only thing that was missing was a blow dryer in the bathrooms. But I just stood out on the balcony for a few minutes and the ocean breeze took care of that for me! Thank you Pat, for everything, and for being so easy to contact prior to our stay and during as well. Your condo is #1 in our books and we would love to make this Christmas stay a tradition for future years to come. Happy New Year to you and your family! Sandy and Glenn (Winter Park, Florida)"

  • Thanksgiving Vacation

"We had a family Thanksgiving this year in Cocoa Beach. We rented a couple units and could not have been happier. This unit is well maintained and has everything you could need on vacation. It is a great location for walking to dining and downtown. Great for the kids too. Beach is great and some took surf lessons down the beach from School of Surf, highly recommend the school and this condo!!"

  • A Gem!

"I have stayed in this condo for about five months to continue with my seasonal employment in Florida. This is a really great spot, and as the owner says, you literally cannot get any closer to golf as it is located in the heart of the PGA Village. It is literally right off the I-95 which was convenient for me with my commute for work and it is close to everything too - restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, gas stations, etc. The town of Tradition (where they have their Food Truck Invasion events two nights a month - A MUST DO!) is only about two miles south of the PGA Village. The Tutto Fresco restaurant at the PGA Village is SO CLOSE that you could practically walk there from this condo - great Italian food and wine. They have an outdoor patio bar too. The closest beaches are about 20-30 minutes away, depending on traffic. The condo is cozy and comfortable and quite spacious. My favorite part of the condo are the windows which provide abundant light which was perfect because then you would not need to use the light switches very much and plus, it's a pretty view out the windows and from the back patio as well! The owner has been wonderful to work with also, very patient and understanding. I would definitely stay here again."

Florida Central East Travel Tips

Fun in the Sun on Florida’s East Coast

Florida’s famous weather makes the east coast an ideal destination at any time of year. The reason, of course, is the guaranteed sun with temperatures from 60 degrees Fahrenheit in winter to soaring to well over 80 degrees Fahrenheit in summer.

The area covers the counties of Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie and includes some of America’s best beaches from Daytona to Vero. Getting here could not be easier, with the main airport being situated in Orlando and the I-95 running the length of the coast. Once visitors arrive at one of the many Florida East Coast vacation rentals on offer, they often wonder why they didn’t take this vacation before.

The Major Attractions for Central East Coast Florida

The huge variety of attractions makes Florida East Coast vacation rentals the perfect choices for those seeking a relaxed vacation with plenty on offer besides the fabulous beaches. The most famous attraction here is the world-renowned Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Station. This 140,000-acre site is the home of the America’s Space Program. There is also a wealth of typically American museums such as the Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts, Brevard Museum of History and Natural Science, Florida Agricultural Museum, and McLarty Treasure Museum.

For those able to tear themselves away from the beach, Lake Okeechobee is a great place for biking, hiking or fishing. The St. Johns River EcoTour at Orange City offers boat trips for sightseeing. Some of the major attractions in Florida are its wildlife and natural environment and there are many opportunities to enjoy taking some time to learn more about Florida’s non-human inhabitants. Orange City is the home to Blue Spring State Park, a wildlife area and bird sanctuary. Other such parks are found at Black Point, Merritt Island, Saint Sebastian and Jonathan Dickinson State Park.

Few visitors come to Florida without being drawn to Disney. Visitors to Florida East Coast condos will find they are within easy reach of a day trip or two to Disney and the huge array of theme parks, attractions, restaurants and shopping around Orlando vacation rentals.

A Great Location for Beach Lovers Looking for Something Extra

For those who come for the glorious sand and wonderful ocean, Florida East Coast beach rentals offer the opportunity to pick a home right on one of the many beaches in the area. The hardest part is deciding where along the miles of coastline will best suit your needs. Whether it is a secluded property for two or a family seeking a spacious beach home, you will find a property to suit any requirement. Fully equipped, these properties offer a home environment with everything you need to truly take advantage of your well-earned vacation.

Pick one of our Florida East Coast vacation rentals near one of the many beaches known for water sports such as jet skiing, waterskiing, deep sea fishing, and swimming for action-packed beach days or quiet, secluded areas for days spent beachcombing, fishing, and peaceful sunbathing.

Why Choose from Florida East Coast Condos

With a huge variety of Florida East Coast condos available at any time of year, there really is something for everyone. Whether you want to be in the heart of the action or away from it all in a quiet location, you will find a property to suit your particular requirements.
