  • Beautiful penthouse condo

"We have been staying in the Indian River Plantation for six consecutive years. This beautiful condo is by far the best we have found. The owners are very easy to deal with. The views are spectacular from the gorgeous balcony. You can also see the Indian River from one side. We will be back again next January to enjoy all the amenities offered in this beautiful condo."

  • Wonderful holiday at Oak Villa

"It is our first stay at Oak Villa and we like it very much. It clean and very taseful, comfortible and decorated furnished. It is very well equipped and we found everything we need. Everything is in good condition. The tropical landscape is fantastic. We enjoyed the pools and it is only a short walk to the wonderful beach of NSB. It was a perfect holiday and we will be back next year. The contact with the owners Eugene and Julie was perfect and pleasant. We got quickly answers for all our questions. Eugene and Julie, we thank you for opening your home for guests."

  • Worth the money

"This place was very affordable and split between 7 people hardly cost us anything. We missed popular spring break time by a few weeks so the place was pretty much cleared out. The actual facility was very clean and the hardwood floors made it easy to clean up the sand and stay fairly tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. One small complaint would be that there must have been some sort of construction going on a few floors above us because on the second or third day we got boarded into our room from the porch. The boards were never removed and we could no longer go on our porch facing the beach for the rest of our stay. This was probably just a one time thing but was a bit inconvenient. Also, you need to make sure you follow all the rules. If you slip up even a little (like hang towels over the railings) the other tenants will be on you like white on rye. They let nothing pass under their noses without commenting on it. Overall, it was a very nice place right on the beach, it is just a little far down so if you don't have a car you will need to take taxis most places."

  • Terrific Experience

"This was our first experience with a monthly rental, and it could not have gone better. The home exceeded expectations. The neighborhood is quiet, with close proximity to everything we needed - beaches, shopping, cinema, nature preserves, zoo, groceries, & restaurants. I love to fish, and the freshwater/ saltwater opportunities were countless. The home has everything we needed in the way of household supplies. The onsite washer/dryer and garage were most appreciated. The owner provided notebook, containing instructions on use of the home, plus great information on attractions in the area, was most appreciated. The owner was most helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property, and hope to stay there again when the opportunity arises."

Florida Central East Travel Tips

Fun in the Sun on Florida’s East Coast

Florida’s famous weather makes the east coast an ideal destination at any time of year. The reason, of course, is the guaranteed sun with temperatures from 60 degrees Fahrenheit in winter to soaring to well over 80 degrees Fahrenheit in summer.

The area covers the counties of Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie and includes some of America’s best beaches from Daytona to Vero. Getting here could not be easier, with the main airport being situated in Orlando and the I-95 running the length of the coast. Once visitors arrive at one of the many Florida East Coast vacation rentals on offer, they often wonder why they didn’t take this vacation before.

The Major Attractions for Central East Coast Florida

The huge variety of attractions makes Florida East Coast vacation rentals the perfect choices for those seeking a relaxed vacation with plenty on offer besides the fabulous beaches. The most famous attraction here is the world-renowned Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Station. This 140,000-acre site is the home of the America’s Space Program. There is also a wealth of typically American museums such as the Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts, Brevard Museum of History and Natural Science, Florida Agricultural Museum, and McLarty Treasure Museum.

For those able to tear themselves away from the beach, Lake Okeechobee is a great place for biking, hiking or fishing. The St. Johns River EcoTour at Orange City offers boat trips for sightseeing. Some of the major attractions in Florida are its wildlife and natural environment and there are many opportunities to enjoy taking some time to learn more about Florida’s non-human inhabitants. Orange City is the home to Blue Spring State Park, a wildlife area and bird sanctuary. Other such parks are found at Black Point, Merritt Island, Saint Sebastian and Jonathan Dickinson State Park.

Few visitors come to Florida without being drawn to Disney. Visitors to Florida East Coast condos will find they are within easy reach of a day trip or two to Disney and the huge array of theme parks, attractions, restaurants and shopping around Orlando vacation rentals.

A Great Location for Beach Lovers Looking for Something Extra

For those who come for the glorious sand and wonderful ocean, Florida East Coast beach rentals offer the opportunity to pick a home right on one of the many beaches in the area. The hardest part is deciding where along the miles of coastline will best suit your needs. Whether it is a secluded property for two or a family seeking a spacious beach home, you will find a property to suit any requirement. Fully equipped, these properties offer a home environment with everything you need to truly take advantage of your well-earned vacation.

Pick one of our Florida East Coast vacation rentals near one of the many beaches known for water sports such as jet skiing, waterskiing, deep sea fishing, and swimming for action-packed beach days or quiet, secluded areas for days spent beachcombing, fishing, and peaceful sunbathing.
