• Beautiful condo

"The unit was absolutely beautiful, clean and very well taken care of. The views of the ocean from the bedrooms and the living room were breath taking. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and extra bedding was a plus. The people we meet while staying here were extremely friendly. We had a blast, thank you Carmen & Dennis!!! Planning on another trip next year!!"

  • Relaxing stay

"We had a very relaxing stay at this property. The home was very clean and ready on arrival. We all enjoyed the heated pool and spa, especially since the high daytime temperatures were in the 70s. The beach was a short walk or quick drive, but it is very rocky, so beware. If you really like going in the ocean, I suggest driving south to Flagler Beach (about 10 minutes).

My only complaints are that we didn't get the quickest responses to 2 small maintenance concerns. I had to call back a second time on the first issue. We also felt rushed at check out. Check out time is 10:00 am, but the cleaning staff was outside at 8:50. Very nice man, but made us feel very rushed and kind of put a damper on an otherwise lovely stay."

  • What a week!!!

"Our families had a wonderful time! There was more than enough room for 8 of us. The location is perfect and very close to shopping and the Cocoa Pier. The beach was very close as we spent most of our time there. The condo itself was in great shape with all we needed. Towels, dishes, pots, pans, games and beach toys. We were able to see the Orion launch, aligators, dolphins and so much more. There are airboat rides close by and plenty of places to eat. Just get on that plane, unpack and have fun!!!"

  • Great location, right on the beach!

"This spacious and immaculately clean house (Coconut Villa) was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Loved seeing the sunrise and shuttle launch from the front balcony and enjoyed our morning coffee there or walking the beach every day! Sunsets from behind the house across the river were spectacular too! Where else can you get both sunrise and sunset - this is a special location. Walking distance to many great restaurants, Starbucks, ice cream and surf shops. We loved walking around Historic Melbourne too! Hardly area high rise buildings along the coast. Having the house made us feel like locals and although the duplex is attached to another, it was very private and quiet. Hot tub was great on the cooler days during our vacation. Ann provided lots of great local recommendations and the best outing was a privately guided boat tour where we saw manitee, dolphin, and many different birds. We visited several bird nesting islands and learned so much about the natural wonders in that part of the world! We'd like to return to Melbourne and if we do, doubt we'll look for any other rental! Our only regret was a day in Disney (1.5 hours) with long lines and way too many people! Enjoy your stay!"

Florida Central East Travel Tips

Fun in the Sun on Florida’s East Coast

Florida’s famous weather makes the east coast an ideal destination at any time of year. The reason, of course, is the guaranteed sun with temperatures from 60 degrees Fahrenheit in winter to soaring to well over 80 degrees Fahrenheit in summer.

The area covers the counties of Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, Okeechobee and St. Lucie and includes some of America’s best beaches from Daytona to Vero. Getting here could not be easier, with the main airport being situated in Orlando and the I-95 running the length of the coast. Once visitors arrive at one of the many Florida East Coast vacation rentals on offer, they often wonder why they didn’t take this vacation before.

The Major Attractions for Central East Coast Florida

The huge variety of attractions makes Florida East Coast vacation rentals the perfect choices for those seeking a relaxed vacation with plenty on offer besides the fabulous beaches. The most famous attraction here is the world-renowned Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Station. This 140,000-acre site is the home of the America’s Space Program. There is also a wealth of typically American museums such as the Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts, Brevard Museum of History and Natural Science, Florida Agricultural Museum, and McLarty Treasure Museum.

For those able to tear themselves away from the beach, Lake Okeechobee is a great place for biking, hiking or fishing. The St. Johns River EcoTour at Orange City offers boat trips for sightseeing. Some of the major attractions in Florida are its wildlife and natural environment and there are many opportunities to enjoy taking some time to learn more about Florida’s non-human inhabitants. Orange City is the home to Blue Spring State Park, a wildlife area and bird sanctuary. Other such parks are found at Black Point, Merritt Island, Saint Sebastian and Jonathan Dickinson State Park.

Few visitors come to Florida without being drawn to Disney. Visitors to Florida East Coast condos will find they are within easy reach of a day trip or two to Disney and the huge array of theme parks, attractions, restaurants and shopping around Orlando vacation rentals.

A Great Location for Beach Lovers Looking for Something Extra

For those who come for the glorious sand and wonderful ocean, Florida East Coast beach rentals offer the opportunity to pick a home right on one of the many beaches in the area. The hardest part is deciding where along the miles of coastline will best suit your needs. Whether it is a secluded property for two or a family seeking a spacious beach home, you will find a property to suit any requirement.
