"Great little place loved the beach and the pool we practically had it to ourselves everyday! Great shells on the beach very peaceful here"Guest: Cara Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 19, 2014View listing
"Very convenient and can walk to town and the sponge docks. Nicely decorated with beautiful stained floors and well outfitted with dishes, cookware, etc. The front and back porch and the picnic table, although we didn’t use it, were great. There was a nice selection of casual reading books. Parking was always available. For us it was ideal and I would recommend it for a couple that likes to walk to convenient restaurants."Guest: James R. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
"My wife and I found this rental property to be perfect. It is one block to the beach, and close to the inter coastal water way as well. Grocery store and post office six blocks. Plenty of restuarants and all type of activities located at Johns Pass and easy drive or walk. One mile to the south. Gulf Blvd. makes all areas accessible by car or by there transit system. Clean great place to stay and the people around there, could not be any more helpful. From Bob and Nancy"Guest: Beach Bum Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: February 3, 2014View listing
"Our first trip to the Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete area was awesome! The condo was equipped fully for our whole family including 3 yr old grandson. Plenty of room for everyone, very convenient to beach and pool. Convenient to anything in the area. So many freebee attractions did not have enough time to take them all in. We would love to come back someday, your rates were very affordable. Thanks for all the little extras, like beach equipment."Guest: Beverly B.
