"This was our second time staying at the Pink Palace and we had as much fun as we did last year. The Pink Palace is absolutely amazing! My wife Terry and I along with 3 other couples shared this house for a week. The house has everything to offer and the owner Joe has become family. Joanie the property manager, was there to greet us just like she was last year. I will say that a week is not enough time to enjoy the house and the surrounding area. When we are able to come back we will surely stay here again."

"I will give my honest first impression- I was tired when we got there. We have a 3.5 year old and a 9 month old, stopped at the grocery store and was immediately greeted with stairs. I don't know why I didn't realize it would have stairs to the main house but that was a little challenging with two kids and two arms full of groceries. Go to store AFTER you arrive. The houses I am use to staying in literally have a roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, and if you are lucky a half used roll of paper towels. The only item we had to purchase were saran wrap, foil, and paper towels. I read the house was well stocked- They weren't kidding. It was so nice not having to worry about the little things. The Roberts really make you feel like you are staying at home. The house was perfect for our family of 4. But what was even more incredible was the beach. I have stayed in Siesta Key, Panama City Beach, and Ana Marie Island. If you want low key, quiet, not tourist congested--this is the place to go. There were a TON of shells on the beach which my daughter loved. The sand was nice, the ocean was warm and shallow. It really is a slice of paradise. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the amazing balconies off the house every night. The kitchen is large and updated. The house was so clean and fresh. My only complaint and its not even valid, is there is carpet upstairs. I walked on it with white socks and there were still white after an hour so even though that was little a turn off for me,But IT IS SUPER CLEAN! One night it rained and we found a ton of games under the TV cabinet in the living room. My daughter was just starting to crawl so we spent a lot of time in the master bedroom since it was carpet and the first floor is all tile. The master bedroom is huge....It truly was a retreat. We had an incredible time and will be returning. I can not Thanks Judi enough for letting us into their home. We made so many amazing memories. I HIGHLY recommend this house for a family, or couples. You will not regret it."

"This is my 3rd years staying at Belleair Sands and probably the best of the three years. The weather was great, the unit was excellent, beach was wonderful! You should give this a try, you will not be disappointed."

"Love love love this little cottage. We stayed for a week with 2 adults and 2 7 year old boys. It was perfect for us. Love the back door through the bathroom so you don't have to track all the pool water through the house after a long day of swimming. This was the most relaxing vacation I've ever been on. We lived in the pool and visited the ocean every day (since it's about 30 steps from the front door!! Everyone in the other cottages was super nice. We got lucky and there was another little boy there so they all played together. There was also a couple that had been in the cottage next to us that had been there since February!!! There are 5 cottages in this little bunch and we all shared 1 pool. The pool was perfect size going from 3 feet to 6 feet deep. At one point it got infested with algae and another visitor called and it was cleaned the very next day. The cottage has 2 couches in the living area. A full size kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Check the cabinets before you do your grocery shopping. Lots of stuff (cinnamon, vanilla, PAM, etc) left for others to use. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and lots of extra blankets if you have the A/C cranked :-) We learned the hard way that you really need 50spf or more. We found being in the pool a lot we needed 100spf!! Perfect weather for the week of April 18th-25th!! It was 85-90 every day. Rained some days but when it rains the sun comes back out a little while later. I'm rambling on and on!! We just loved this place!! Can't wait for our next trip down!!"
