"This house has a lot of room with its split plan and its huge patio and pool area covered by a bird cage. It is especially fun to open the 4 interior doors onto the patio on a nice day and enjoy the pool and breezes without worry about bugs. The house is in good condition and well maintained. The next door neighbor is a great fellow who can assist if any questions arise about the functioning of different switches, etc. There is plenty of room to have the whole family over with a large dinning room and table for 6-8. Our family was very happy renting this property."

"We have been staying at this condo for over 10 years because we love it so much! It's like our home away from home, but on the beach. The house is huge and has a great open floor plan. The views of the beach and setting sun are incredible whether you are inside or out by the pool. The property comes equipped with a great supply of chairs, beach umbrellas, and children's beach toys. The beach is perfect, there are no crowds so you don't have people all around. Also, the pool is private, so no sharing with strangers! The kids loved the pool table this year, which is great entertainment while inside. The condo itself is just gorgeous and the kitchen had new appliances this year. There are tons of things to do in the area, from adult expeditions to children's expeditions, such as pirate ships, Pier 60 in Clearwater, the Clearwater Aquarium where Winter & Hope live, canoeing and also great restaurants and shopping. We ate at PJ's twice! The owners are ALWAYS accommodating and willing to help out in any way, which makes checking in & out so easy. The 2 car garage comes in handy due to the hot Fla. sun! I personally love to put an umbrella down on the beach and stay all day, just watching the clear waves, sitting in the sugar soft sand and watching the kids in the water. BUT, my absolute favorite thing to do is shell collecting and there are amazing shells on the beach. The free Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. We will definitely go back year after year- we are too spoiled to stay anywhere else now!! Highly recommend!"

"Thank you for letting us use your home for our vacation. We had the best time. Very close to beach (a minute walk out of your back door), a lovely cozy home, it had all you would ever need for a fantastic vacation. We had four adults (two were teenage boys) and we were very comfortable in this home. The owners provided beach chairs, cooler, E-Z UP tent, and beach towels (what more could you want for the beach). We will be keeping this place in mind for the next trip to this area. Owners were great to work with and quick to respond to the cable issue (storm related). TV was up a running within 15 minutes of notifying the owner. Thank you again and we will be seeing you soon."

"Ellen's place was beautiful, extremely well equipped, and all in all, just lovely. It was spacious, and though it was just two of us, it would be an ideal place for a family or small group that needed to spread out a little. Although we would have liked a full rather than partial view of the beach, in fairness, the picture was an accurate representation of the view. Ellen could not have been more helpful in provided useful information to help us enjoy our stay."
