"What a great time we had at Madiera Beach! Thanks Marsha and Gene for letting us share your home. For anyone who is wondering if the balcony directly faces the ocean, it does! Morning coffee with the wife and being on the fifth floor made the view even that much better. Plus you could see the activity coming and going from the Johns Pass Bay area. The condo was clean with modern appliances, and we packed way more cloths than we needed as we did laundry 2 or 3 times while there. Johns Pass was great and right across the street! Lots of stores and the kids parasailed as well at Gator Parasail. Grocery store within a couple of miles away. Beach not too crowded and we rented a cabana for $60 for the week. Just easier and very convenient. Beach was not overcrowded which was nice as well. Our two favorites for food at Johns Pass were Bubba Gump, and we did carryout from The Boardwalk Grill which was awesome as well. For breakfast, the Island Joe Café right across the street, was awesome and fresh. Even though a bit pricey and had to wait for a bit for the food, it was worth it. We had 5 in our family and the roll out bed came in nice, each kid had their own bed. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend!"

"The renters were great! Very easy to work with and only an e-mail away! The condo was clean, stocked and perfect for our trip! The price was right, only complaint was the pull out bed was not comfortable! Waking up and stepping into the balcony to see the beach was amazing! The staff that run the resort were pleasant and helpful! The pool was nice and walking down the beach to the nightlife was great!! Will definitely recommend to friends and may stay again soon!"

"We loved this unit! This was our second experience using VRBO, and it was an excellent one. I always get a little nervous when renting something on-line, but this condo was exactly as advertised. The owners were great to work with, and very prompt in communicating with us throughout the whole process.
The condo is very nicely decorated and has pretty much everything one could possibly need. I can't think of anything that wasn't included that would have made our stay more enjoyable. We travelled with our daughter who is almost two, and felt this unit was very accommodating for young children too! We just temporarily relocated a few potential breakable things to higher shelves for our stay and we were set. Although, the unit is not 100% beach facing, you do have nice views. Our daughter goes to bed early, and we enjoyed many nights on the balcony playing games or just relaxing. The location of the condo building is awesome, loved being able to walk to St. John's pass easily.
The pool is on the smaller ride, but that never seemed to be a problem. We had the opportunity to meet a few owners poolside, and everyone was very kind.
So, in short, we highly recommend. We hope to rebook for ourselves again soon!"

"We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this well furnished condo. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and lounging at the pool. The condo is conveniently located and is within walking and driving distances of local bars and restaurants. Skidders for breakfast and Crabby Bills for dinner - - are among our favorites."
