  • Wonderful house with great location just a few houses from the beach

"My daughter and I rented the house for her spring break. We wanted to stay away from the crowds at PCB, and happened upon this gem. The photos and description are accurate of the property. It is a great location and easy to find. It is on a side road with just a few houses to the beach and within walking distance of the tourist shops, city playground and library, etc. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots/pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes/pans, utensils, corkscrew and such. We were able to make our meals. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator. It's only a few miles away from grocery store. The owner is great, and communicates very well. We had his email and phone number in case we needed to reach him. There are plenty of places to eat out if you would prefer. Try Frenchy's Cafe, which gets lots of great reviews. There are also a few chains like Dunkin Donuts and Hooter's. Living and each bedroom has a tv with DVD. There are a selection of dvds, books and games available for your pleasure. The screened porch was nice, and had a variety of beach toys and beach umbrella to use. There is a washer/dryer and gas grill just outside the kitchen door. Really enjoyed our week and really didn't want to leave. We'll be back!"

  • Excellent experience at lovely home

"My wife and I just returned from a months stay at this fantastic home. Location is great, just 2 short blocks to the beautiful beach, quiet residential neighborhood, short 5 minute ride into Clearwater Beach for restaurants, etc. The home is clean, tastefully decorated, updated with a nice flat screen TV and a great king size bed. Our favorite place at the home was the back patio and yard, very private, relaxing and lanscaped with many tropical plantings. The homes owner greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive to anything we needed. We feel this home is an excellent value for couples or small families especially since the owner allows you to bring your dog. We hope you have as great a time as we did staying at this home. "
