  • Another wonderful week at Bay Harbor

"This was the first time that our son and daughter in law along with our 16 and 9 year old granddaughters vacationed with us at Clearwater Beach and EVERYONE said it was their favorite destination and the best condo they ever stayed in...loved the balcony with water views from before sunrise to way past sunset! The girls even got to get up close and personal with a manatee right off shore at the beach one day! Great and abundant beach chairs, beach toys, towels, coolers! Andrea has thought of everything and is so accommodating! We had a wonderful week and look forward to returning as soon as we can,"

  • Amazing condo & location

"We stayed here in Jan and it was awesome. There were 6 of us that stayed here, one night 8 of us and there was more then enough room for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The short walk to Clearwater beach is great! I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Clearwater beach area!"

  • Beautiful Home!!!

"The home was beautiful. The pictures really do not do it justice. There was plenty to do each day. The pool was perfect for our family. It was the perfect way to start and end the day. We would make the short walk to the beach each day and the beach was amazing. It was not crowded at all! We were able to swim pretty much by ourselves. We even had dolphins, stingrays and a manatee swim pretty close to us. The refrigerator stopped working, but the owner was quick to respond and it was great to have the 2nd fridge, so we weren't inconvenienced. Pier 60 was a little hectic, but we learned our way around pretty quickly. The owner's helpful hints that he emails prior to your stay were very useful. It would be great if there was a notebook left at the home that guests could write different restaurants they have eaten at or other markets they visited. We found a great Seafood Market called Ward's Seafood. We would absolutely stay at this home again!"

  • Not the studio we rented, but apparently upgraded to larger quarters!

"The unit in the photo online was not the one we were given, we were surprised to learn on arrival...we were upgraded to a one bedroom cottage with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, very nice and much more roomy than we expected to have. We had everything we needed, and used the laundry to bleach the towels, which had orangy/reddish spots we were a little leary of, but even after bleaching they remained, so we were ok with that...The cottage was clean, except for the window in the shower, so we left the blinds open on parting, so the maid would see it. The bed was comfortable and clean...if you like the thick and firm pillows, you'll be fine, or you should bring your favorite pillow if you prefer soft...I bought a new one. Oh, there was a courtyard to navigate to get to the cottage behind the others, and it was not lit at night...when we arrived at about 11pm, we had to unload the car and make our way in the dark to our entrance in the back. I suggest better lighting in that courtyard. Now, remember I am not reviewing the unit pictured and described here..I can't find the actual unit we had...but my daughter and I did enjoy our stay...Thanks for the upgrade! We spend our days exploring nature preserves, weather permitting...We went to Fort DeSoto, Boyd Hill, Walsingham, Boca Ciago, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island. We still had time to take in a movie and do a little shopping on a rainy day..One day after hours of birding, we returned to the beach, tired and thirsty, we ducked into a "dive" for a drink, and had a great salad with seasoned shrimp that was delicious...So if you want a good meal close to the pier and beach, look for the Beach Fyre Grill...friendly service, and big screen (we watched part of a bowl game and chatted with a local)...it was a very nice experience. We had a great trip, overall..."
