  • Location, location, location! Perfect

"We were all very impressed with everything this home has to offer. The location is perfect and just a 2 minute walk to the quiet North end of Clearwater beach, yet an easy walk to the pier for fishing and the busy shops and restaurants. The home itself is full of charm and has all the comforts you would need. The pool in the private backyard was awesome. We had our 4 adult boys with us and there was plenty of room for all of us. This would be a great place to share with 2 families. We would highly recommend this home and fully intend on returning again next year. Thank you Al for being such a pleasure to deal with."

"This was our second year to stay with captain AL at the Clearwater Cottages and we LOVED it just as much the second time around. We love the personal care they take for us and how well they accommodate us. Always leave with so many wonderful memories. Such a clean, fun, family-feel home away from home! Thank you captain AL and Karen for all your hard work and making us feel so welcome!"

  • Clearwater Beach Paradise for family of 5

"We opened up the door to this amazing condo and were simply blown away. It's beautiful and extremely spacious. The owner has thought of everything one would want during your weeklong stay...including beach towels, sand chairs, toys & umbrellas. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic and being able to have a reserved spot in the garage is wonderful, no worries about parking. We walked to everything...the beach, the pier, restaurants, and stores. The marina is very close and we did Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise, which was very fun! I sat on the patio every morning and watched the sunrise while drinking my coffee. Most evenings we watched the sunset from the beach but you can also view it from the patio. My kids enjoyed the pool and the floaties that are provided. We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Clearwater Beach and did NOT want to go home :-) I would recommend this condo to everyone...you'll love it!"

  • Very Nice, Clean and Relaxing

"This rental is in a perfect location to access the beach and restaurants and shopping...we never drove our car. The rooms were comfortable and items such as beach towels, beach chairs and washing machine were convenient. The rooftop patio was an oasis...we would go back just for that!"

Clearwater Beach Travel Tips

If your perfect vacation includes digging your toes in the sand, perfecting your tan under the warm sun, swimming and playing in the ocean and watching stunning sunsets over the water, then it's time to book your next getaway to Clearwater Beach. This Florida hotspot is a favorite beach destination, and with good reason. Sandy beaches are idyllic spots to relax, but you're close enough to bigger cities like Tampa and St. Petersburg that you can enjoy that hustle and bustle as well.

While the shores are certainly a huge draw there, there's so much more to experience in Clearwater Beach. You're sure to appreciate the laid-back atmosphere here as you explore the fun, cultural attractions and sample the local flavors at the variety of awesome eateries. If you're not convinced, Clearwater Beach has been awarded a variety of achievements, including TripAdvisor's Travelers Choice Awards Best Beaches in 2011 and Washington Family Magazine Readers' Choice for Best Beaches for Families 2012.
