  • An absolute must!

"My fiancé and I stayed at this property for a week and had an absolutely amazing time!! The studio is beautiful, spacious, the kitchen has everything one needs...but most importantly...the beach is only steps away (I loved leaving the house barefoot!). The beach is gorgeous, not overcrowded, and in the hot summer months you will definitely appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella (!!!) provided for each unit. The deck in the back is very pretty and cozy - those who enjoy bbq-ing will definitely appreciate the space... The on-site laundry room also comes in very handy! The location of this property is perfect for those traveling without a car as you are able to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. within minutes. We actually got engaged on this trip (yaaay!) - if you are looking for a romantic vibe, you will definitely find it here 😉 😊 We highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back! "

  • Wonderful place to relax

"We found the condo clean, perfectly located, and beautifully decorated. We had searched for weeks trying to find the 'right' condo for our vacation - many were outdated, or over-priced. This condo was perfect! We were provided with the owners contact information in the case of any questions or problems... The owners are kind and personable, and the unit is perfect.. We enjoyed our time there."

  • Love this place!

"This is the first time we have stayed on the southern part of the island and we were surprised to find out we liked it better than the north end! Great walking area. So close to many restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. This condo was so clean! So nicely furnished and stocked well too. The water views from every window were breathtaking. loved the side window and little sitting area there. Nice and quiet for reading or just looking out the window. The sunrises in the morning were worth this not so early bird to get up for! The owners did this right. Nice walkway to sit out front too. Plenty of room especially since this is an end unit. Not much walking past your door. The sunsets in the back on the balcony were beautiful too. Beds were great. Loved the walk in closet! Furniture was cute and sturdy and new. Appliances were new and stainless. If you wanted to spend time in the kitchen, which I really didn't, I think you would like it. Looked really full of supplies. Loved the keurig type coffee maker. Sheets were nice and soft. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We slept great. This complex was so cute too. Not too big and not too small. Maybe 30 units? Plenty of free parking right below and around building. Loved the water out front. Wish we had a boat to pull in to a spot. It was right out front! Also loved the luggage carriers and elevators! Made loading and unloading so easy. Owner and managers were great. Very helpful and quick to answer any questions. We had a great vacation. Thank you. We will see you next year!"

  • Gulf Breezes

"The house was absolutely stunning! Much prettier than the pictures. The beach is just outside the door. The sound of the waves was soothing. We spent most of our time on the patio with a pool and hot tub!! Sunsets to die for! There were 7 of us, the house would easily sleep 10. We had plenty of room, lots of bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen, everything that we needed. A first floor bedroom worked very well for my 86 year old Mother-in-law. That was a plus, she avoided stairs. The upstairs has beautiful bedrooms and a great TV room. Liz was wonderful to work with. My Mother-in-law wants to return next year, she will certainly have extra family with her if she does. Loved It!!! Miss the sun Iowa is cold in December!!"
