  • Wonderful Condo in Clearwater Beach

"My family of four visited Clearwater Beach for the first time in late February. The condo was wonderful. It was exactly as it had been described in the posting. In fact, in real life it was even bigger than we had expected. We only have four in our family, but the condo could have easily accommodated twice as many people with no space issues. It was immaculate. Shawn was terrific to work with and was very patient in answering all of our questions. We spent a lot of time in the pool, and hanging out on the patio overlooking the water. It was amazing to see all of the pelicans and seabirds in the bay. While in the area we spent every evening by the pier, either enjoying the sunset festival with all of its performers, or in one of the many area restaurants. The kids loved the mini golf. We also took a ride to Crystal River and swam with the manatees on day. What a magical experience that was. But by far, our favourite experience was at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium where the boys both had a dolphin encounter and we went out on their research boat. We learned so much. Looking forward to returning."

  • Excellent experience at lovely home

"My wife and I just returned from a months stay at this fantastic home. Location is great, just 2 short blocks to the beautiful beach, quiet residential neighborhood, short 5 minute ride into Clearwater Beach for restaurants, etc. The home is clean, tastefully decorated, updated with a nice flat screen TV and a great king size bed. Our favorite place at the home was the back patio and yard, very private, relaxing and lanscaped with many tropical plantings. The homes owner greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive to anything we needed. We feel this home is an excellent value for couples or small families especially since the owner allows you to bring your dog. We hope you have as great a time as we did staying at this home. "

  • 2 Okies

"We have stayed in your condo twice now...the last two years in May. We thoroughly enjoy the amenities, the convenience, and the quality of the furnishings you have placed there. We hope to be able to return again next year about the same time. The remodeling of the master bath was outstanding...so easy to get in and out. Thank you for having such a great condo. The description and management by the rental agency is excellent. Would recommend you and them to anyone. "

  • Thanksgiving Vacation

"This is a beautiful townhome in a great location. You are one block from the beach as well as many stores, restaurants and the pier. We had 2 families of 4 stay for a week and we had plenty of room for everyone. The balcony has great views and provides a nice outdoor area with table & chairs, grill and hot tub. There are many levels but having an elevator made it easy to get things from the top to bottom. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly. This was well worth the money and a great area of Florida to be in."
