"This vacation listing was described very accurately as to the location. The white sandy beach is only 200 yards or so from the front gate exit. There are all types of stores and great restaurants within walking distance of the vacation condo rental. The photos for this condo are accurate, but one has to actually see the interior and exterior to take in the beauty this condo unit and complex has to offer. This condo unit was spotless along with the entire condo complex. As for the owners they were a delight to speak with and were very easy to contact if needed. They definitely wanted us to enjoy our stay letting us know they are available for any questions and needs we had. If you are looking to vacation in Clearwater Beach, FL. I highly recommend staying here. I myself as well as my family are looking forward to staying here again, you won’t go wrong. The condo interior decorating is just gorgeous and the owners are polite, informative and helpful. We had a wonderful time vacationing here, looking forward to doing this again."Guest: Tom Date of Stay: May 2013 Review Submitted: May 18, 2013View listing
" We were a family of twenty-four and were pleasantly pleased with the space and how clean this home was. The heated pools were great, the kids were swimming everyday— Lots of thing to do in the area for everyone -regardless of age. It was a pleasure to deal with Dan he was very accommodating and answered all our questions in a timely manner regarding the rental and surrounding area. He made our experience all that more enjoyable and ensured our security deposit was sent back very quickly. We told all our friends and family about this so they too can take advantage of this great rental. Grandma Leelee "Guest: leasha V. "We spent the month of February in this lovely condo. The view is incredibly beautiful and it is so quiet and peaceful it feels as if you are on a private island. We saw dolphins numerous times and every kind of beautiful aquatic bird: roseate spoonbills, great blue herons, great egrets, etc. The condo is roomy with an open floorplan and very attractive and comfortable furniture and loads of closet and drawer space. It is within walking distance of numerous great restaurants, Pier 60, and shopping. The owner was wonderful to work with - very attentive and responsive and genuinely interested in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. I will book this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Clearwater Beach. "Guest: Bernadette P. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 4, 2014View listing
"My wife and I just returned from a months stay at this fantastic home. Location is great, just 2 short blocks to the beautiful beach, quiet residential neighborhood, short 5 minute ride into Clearwater Beach for restaurants, etc. The home is clean, tastefully decorated, updated with a nice flat screen TV and a great king size bed. Our favorite place at the home was the back patio and yard, very private, relaxing and lanscaped with many tropical plantings. The homes owner greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive to anything we needed. We feel this home is an excellent value for couples or small families especially since the owner allows you to bring your dog. We hope you have as great a time as we did staying at this home.
