"Overall we really enjoyed our stay in your condo. There were a couple of issues( phone not working and pool hours not being respected by certain guests). Scott came over on Tuesday and the phone was repaired the next day. As for the pool, the people left a few days later. We did notice that condo rules were nt being respected by some. The mattress in the master bedroom is very soft and we had a lot of trouble to sleep and my wife's back problem was aggravated. The layout of the condo is great, lots of room. The wrap around balcony is wonderful, great views of the intercostal as well as the gulf. The proximity to the beach and the action is ideal. We enjoyed our 2 weeks!!"

"We have always stayed at Condos… was one of the best finds of my husband. The boat is what sold us, the owner even hires a fishing guide who provided valuable techniques--Aand he caught fish as a result. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoon watching the boats come down the canal after a day of fishing or sailing. The fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, and washer & dryer are an added benefit! Love the open concept of the living area. Just reserved the home again for next spring! "

  • Carolina Mountains to sunshine and sea

"It was simply fabulous from the day we arrived to the day we had to leave. Theresa and Max are the greatest hosts. They attend to every need without delay and know each guest by name. Our one bedroom efficiency Mango Tango was perfect for us. Theresa met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment complex. Our unit was well equipped and clean, neat, and no bugs. Sufficient hot water, linen's, beach chairs, umbrellas, and two very clean lush tropical pool areas. The other guest were friendly and we met many new friends. Our one request was just a comment in passing to Max and Theresa that we had a back ache sleeping on the mattress. They immediately tried to change out the mattress but there were none available so they went out and bought a new one for us. We were so thankful and very impressed. That was above and beyond anything we expected. Clearwater Beach was just voted the best beach in Florida. I just can't say enough about our stay except y'all come and stay for a spell but save us an apartment. Thanks so much Max and Theresa."
