"We absolutely loved the condo.. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Very accessible to shops, resteraunts and the beach is located across the road. The condo is very well maintained and the security of the condo was suberb. Would highly recommend this condo and if the opportunity arises we will definately rent again. "We so enjoyed our stay in this spacious town home. Lori was great to work with and met us there when we checked in to let us know the elevator was not working. The town home is exactly like the pictures on the website. It is very close to the beach (10 min walk) and is very close to all the restaurants. The Florida free beach rides was nice since we did not have a car. All you needed to do was give them a call and they are very prompt in picking you up. (Tips of course) We love Clearwater Beach and can't wait to return. I would definitely rent this town home again. "Guest: JaniceW. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 17, 2014View listing
"Condo was nicely furnished and included all amenities which you would expect in your own home. Beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and even beach toys for the kids but we don't have them as an issue at this point in our lives. Views from the patio were unobstructed with great nightly sunsets. Condo is located about 3 blocks from where all the restaurants and shops in town are located and include 2 great beach bars 3 and 4 blocks away. We only drove to dinner once in our 7 night stay. Clearwater's beach has the whitest sand that is cool on the feet even with full sun. All and all a perfect week and would recommend this location. Now back in the cool/cold northeast and look forward to our next trip south."Guest: Gabe Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: October 29, 2013View listing
"This condo was truly amazing! Our family didn't want to leave. The condo was clean and neat. The white, sandy beach was never crowded. My 9 year-old son was able to freely go back and forth between the condo and the beach without worry. He was completely satisfied just staying on the beach. He didn't want to leave to go to Busch Gardens or any other attraction. Joe was easy to contact and very friendly. Check-in was effortless. I can easily see my family returning to Indian Shores and this condo!"Guest: Amy D. Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: October 11, 2013View listing
