"This condo had a very nice/ updated/ comfy "beachy" décor and the owner had every detail covered. It looked just liked the pictures & had a nice view of the beach. We have 4 boys and I loved that they had an entire closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels....those things are a pain to bring and it's nice that they have them to share w/ the renters:) A well-stocked kitchen too.....I've been to many condos w/ very little pots and pans, etc. making it hard to cook in the condo, but this one had everything I needed. Plenty of seating w/ the sectional couch & large chair & ottoman which is hard to find. The condo seemed spacious for the price. They had a stash of board games & DVD's for rainy days which we didn't need to use. I liked the location.....Long Pier was close by for a day of fishing (my son caught a baby hammerhead shark!), lots of good restaurants and the trolley runs to John's Pass or Clearwater if you'd like to go shopping, get ice cream, eat or take a Deep Sea Fishing boat, a pirate boat tour or a Dolphin Watching tour. A great little putt-putt place very close by. The beach was nice and deep so lots of room to play Frisbee, volleyball, etc. even on Spring Break when it's more crowded. No hot tub & the pool isn't huge, but it seemed large enough for the building - we could always find a chair. We spent most of our time at the beach anyway:) I only gave it 4 stars b/c there is a paver pool deck under the backside of the condo which belongs to the adjacent building so the noise really echoed at night if anyone was hanging out on the deck. Not horrible though - I could turn on the bathroom fan so I couldn't hear it and the other 2 bedrooms are near the front of the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone.....we love the area!"

"We stayed in the condo first week of October. The place was just perfect. The resort is right on the beach overlooking Gulf of Mexico. You might think the view wouldn’t be as perfect since the condo is kind of on the side, but you DO have 100% of clear ocean/ beach view right there on the beach on the North side of the building. This was exactly what we were looking for. It was 6 of us 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo is big enough everyone felt comfortable. Everything you need is right there on the spot: the Café, the bar, big pool, easy access to the beach right from the back of the building. There are tones of restaurants within 1 mile radius. You do not need to drive to most of them if you travel with no kids. The resort is located half way between Treasure Island DT and John's Pass. We loved the big balcony we spend our evenings at looking at the sunsets. I don’t think you are able to see it from the South side of the building, which makes the condo even more unique. The resort is clean and neat. Assigned parking is covered close to the elevators so it’s very convenient. The owners Jay and Connie are very responsive. They will answer all your questions and they are very easy to deal with. We will definitely rent this condo again when we are back to the area!!!!!!!!!"

"We stayed at this house over the holidays and had 4 adults and 4 kids, ages 4,6,7 and 11. Plenty of space for all of us, the pool was great (definitely needed to pay extra to have it heated though - worth the money), the neighborhood is quiet and nice. Traffic in Florida to get to the beaches, Busch Gardens, etc., seems to be slow/heavy so it took us longer to get to places than we expected, but we figured that out after the first day or two. The property manager is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough upon check-in; however, probably would have preferred a little less time going over things since we were hungry and tired. But, if we had a property, we'd entrust her with it for sure, so we get it. The only thing that would have been nice was a few more supplies with the 'essentials' like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Things were rationed tightly and perhaps it's just a rookie VRBO user, but I expected a few more essentials beyond the first role, etc. Not a huge deal, just a heads up. Overall, a great experience."
