We have stayed at Anchors Away for the past several years, usually for two weeks in October. This house is a comfortable home because it is very clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained by the owner's personal maintenance manager (Mickey). We enjoy relaxing by the pool and the use of the boat for our fishing trips. If you're taking the boat out, make sure you're familiar with the operation of the boat and please obey Florida's water safety regulations. The boat is a nice feature of renting this house, so please be safe. The house is convenient to many attractions; Lowry's Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks, Dunedin and Honeymoon Island State Park, and many golf courses (played 6 rounds during our stay). Restaurants to try in NPR; Catches and Rossi's Italian, in Trinity; Brix 33 and in Tarpon Springs; Rusty Bellies."

"Loved this unit. Two bedrooms facing the gulf, great view (beach & sunsets), great location near restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed walking the beach and dinners on the large balcony. Owners were very helpful. We will definitely be back.

"First of all, the owner is very responsive to any need and quick to answer. I appreciate that as much as anything. The house is exactly as described...Nantucket cottage and has so much personality with updates. You'd expect an older house to be musty, as most are, but we were impressed with the freshness and cleanliness upstairs and downstairs. The furnishings are nice and not the usual dark "renters" quality you get with others. We have rented beachfront properties for years and don't get the kind of roominess you do with this one. There is a view of the beach from the upstairs balcony and I loved drinking my coffee looking at the view from my porch swing....LOVED it when a short rain shower came through....so peaceful and relaxing. You can't beat the location for convenience and the neighbors are quiet. We love it and will be back every year. Thank you, Tony!"

"Absolutely loved it! This was a great house with everything you would need or want to enjoy the area. Easy access to the water for enjoying the fishing and kyaking. You didn't even have to leave the
dock to enjoy the manatee. They would swim up the canal in the morning and back out in the afternoon. We also took advantage of the pool which is perfect for laps or just floating. The open floor plan was great for having our entire family over for dinner. We will definitely be back....just can't say enough about how
much we enjoyed our stay!!!
Thanks so much~. The Heines (TX)"
