"We love the area and have previously stayed at a local hotel. We decided to try this and we LOVED it! The unit is fantastic and well laid out. We loved how there were plenty of dishes and Tupperware and other similar items! It was clean and felt very much like home. I could spend the rest of my characters reviewing the view but let's just say it is spectacular!!! We woke up every morning to run to the patio! The other people there were very friendly and everyone is staying for at least a week so you see the same faces and make friends! Highly recommended!!"

"The cottage was so cute and had everything we needed and much more! The beach was just right there so you didn't have to drag a bunch of stuff down there and the pool was big and clean - no sand in it. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies you could ask for. Master bed was so comfy. The gas grill was perfect for those lazy nights you wanted to stay in. Short walk to restaurants if you didn't want to drive. The dog park is literally right across the street. Very quiet with privacy; a most relaxing week for us - just what we wanted!!!"

"Tuscany inside, Indian Rocks Beach outside. There are not enough adjectives to describe this condo and amenities. Our sixth visit to IRB and first for this condo. We stipulated need for recliner. The owner replied in minutes, "three recliners". AWESOME: location, beach, amenities, furnishings, etc. We hope to return yearly."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo with another couple over Spring Break. From the moment we walked in, we KNEW we were on vacation. Great huge sliding door and beach-front balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs and spectacular views. Fun patio with pool below. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. The complex has 7 units, and was full to capacity, and the other renters were friendly and quiet. Restaurants, fish market and CVS all a short stroll away. Grocery store 2 miles away across the causeway. Stay at the condo and relax on the balcony, at the pool or on the beach. Or bring a bicycle - this is bike heaven! Novice bikers will feel comfortable on the bike lanes along Gulf Blvd through Indian Rocks. Confident intermediate and experienced riders can bike from the condo across the causeway (I recommend biking north along Gulf Blvd to Belleair and across the causeway there). There are bike lanes on the causeways and main roads, and it's not difficult to find a good route to get on the Pinellas Trail, a 40 plus mile rail-to-trail that goes from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Bay. The northern end of the trail goes through Clearwater, then Dunedin which as a fantastic downtown main street with cute shops, restaurants, brew pubs and icecream. We caught a Redsox vs. Blue Jays spring training game in Dunedin. Or head south on the trail to Gulfport, which has a more scruffy feel and a great art scene with a Tuesday market."
