  • We've Found Our Florida Home

"This place felt like home not a rental. We arrived on Saturday afternoon - our luggage didn't. Not to worry. Debbie made sure we would have everything we needed. No running to the store for essential toiletries. She has made this place very inviting. We loved waking every morning to the perfect view. No need to bring chairs or umbrellas for the beach. They're right down stairs waiting on you. The pictures posted here don't do the condo justice. It is impeccably decorated. We have rented other properties through VRBO and have never found a place that matches what the Debbie has put together here. We will never rent another place when we go to Florida. Thank you Debbie for helping provide an unforgettable get away."

  • EXCELLENT PLACE TO BE

"This is our 4th year in this area and our 2nd year in this condo. Again we met with the cleaning crew (they were just finishing) and they could not have been more helpful or nice. One does not usually expect a family atmosphere with the condo cleaners but this couple was aces. The unit was spotless. My wife and sister kept it that way thru out our stay. I did look round the area for another condo just in case we would not be able to secure it for next year. There is absolutely nothing to compare. I walked approx 2 miles in both directions, along the beach and back off Gulf Blvd. After looking some of these condos up on VBRO, I knew I only wanted this unit. By the way, were able to get it for next winter. Thank you Mrs. Shields. The large patio and expanse of glass overlooking the gulf is in a class by itself. There are 2 large dining tables and I was able to set up an office and reading area without disrupting the rest of the family. THIS IS LIVING."

  • Great House. Great Deck. Fantastic Beach

"Ed's beach cottage is a perfect getaway location for single, couple, small family who are looking for on the beach destination where sand and gorgeous waters are most important. Back deck with lawn chairs, picnic table and BBQ only feet from the gulf Coast just make this home a true and utter gem. Bedrooms, living spaces and bathroom all very good and comfortable. I loved waking up each morning and walking over mini sand dune and jumping into the gulf for a morning swim. Also sitting on deck to watch what seemed to be your own private sunsets was fantastic. Ed Thank you for offering this slice of heaven for the week."

  • Perfect family vacation

"Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had 3 generations and the Hall House fit us perfectly. It feels more like a home than a rental as it is very well maintained and clean, really clean. We were a bit concerned about the "split" living up and down, however it functions like a normal 6 bedroom home with the added bonus of duplicate kitchens and laundry when you rent the whole house. You won't want to leave the property, but if you do, a park, restaurants, and shopping are just blocks away. Art is quite helpful getting us acclimated and checking up throughout. Plenty of quality outdoor/beach furniture and accessories to go along with the great pool, hot tub and beach. We will definitely be back!!"
