"I wanted a quiet respite close to Clearwater beach and I found an oasis for my Mom and sister while I worked. It was only 200 steps from the beach. It is a tastefully decorated condo with all of the essentials and then some. Information about the condo and the town was provided to ensure a pleasant stay. Check in and check out was easy. Reservation process and communication was great!
Great condo and beach area. I look forward to returning when I can enjoy more! Loved the front and back patios.
Con: I booked first floor condo and did not realize that it was up 2 flights of stairs. If there is someone with disabilities, I would not suggest because there is no elevator. ."

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Large bright rooms. Could turn off air during the day and have nice breeze throughout condo. Big enough for my husband and I, along with 3 teenage girls. Loved having the master bedroom access to the balcony, and hearing the waves at night from this bedroom. Loved the beach chairs and beach toys. There were also games to play indoors and puzzles. TV's in almost every room. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Large refrigerator that accommodated plenty of food, but there are also many places nearby to eat. The pool was warm and clean, with plenty of seating available. The beach was great and was groomed almost daily by the county. Very pleasant family atmosphere. Leslie and Tom were great to work with and handled any issues quickly. We would stay here again!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo with another couple over Spring Break. From the moment we walked in, we KNEW we were on vacation. Great huge sliding door and beach-front balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs and spectacular views. Fun patio with pool below. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. The complex has 7 units, and was full to capacity, and the other renters were friendly and quiet. Restaurants, fish market and CVS all a short stroll away. Grocery store 2 miles away across the causeway. Stay at the condo and relax on the balcony, at the pool or on the beach. Or bring a bicycle - this is bike heaven! Novice bikers will feel comfortable on the bike lanes along Gulf Blvd through Indian Rocks. Confident intermediate and experienced riders can bike from the condo across the causeway (I recommend biking north along Gulf Blvd to Belleair and across the causeway there). There are bike lanes on the causeways and main roads, and it's not difficult to find a good route to get on the Pinellas Trail, a 40 plus mile rail-to-trail that goes from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Bay. The northern end of the trail goes through Clearwater, then Dunedin which as a fantastic downtown main street with cute shops, restaurants, brew pubs and icecream. We caught a Redsox vs. Blue Jays spring training game in Dunedin. Or head south on the trail to Gulfport, which has a more scruffy feel and a great art scene with a Tuesday market."

"We came down for our granddaughter's high school graduation and sent the week in the condo.
It was more than we expected. Everything was there that you needed for inside and out. The fishing gear was used everyday by grandsons. All the beach things were supplied.
We had more than enough room for everyone.
This condo was one of the best that we have ever rented. The only drawback was it does not face the ocean but we knew that before hand.
We would highly recommend this place."
