"I'm a local resident (St.Pete) and needed a place for a little get together with some friends from out of town. This place fit the bill perfectly.
Working with Mary Lou was a pleasure. She met me at the property and showed me around.
The place was clean and well stocked with all you would need but food and a bathing suit. The beach is steps away.
5 stayed the night and had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. Their first night there they all took a pleasant walk to a local restaurant and had a great meal. The location is close to all the amenities you would need while still having a very local feel, not at all touristy.
The outside area work great for our gathering of 17, with a common area and a grill right there for our use.
Would highly recommend to all."

"We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this house and would definitely come back! The backyard pool and hot tub were perfect and it is just a short walk to the beach--just a block away! It was a quiet neighborhood, not full of tourists, which made a getaway with no kids even more enjoyable! This house was so perfect for our trip!"

"We stayed in the beach house for a week in early June 2015, I have to say that it was our most favorite vacation rental yet. We enjoyed every single part of the home, we very much enjoyed having our own piece of the coast for a week. The beach is so private, even though it's not a private beach. There were a few people here and there but we never felt like anyone was too close. My husband and son enjoyed fishing from the shore every day, they caught several different kinds of fish and several sharks. My little girl loves boogie boarding and shell hunting. It is so nice to be able to walk right out the back door and be able to enjoy the beach within seconds. The Kooky Coconut is within walking distance, and has the very best ice cream in Indian Rocks, the Captain's Butterscotch is our personal favorite. One day I got a massage from Hope at Zen Massage, AMAZING! Hands down the best I've ever received. The cottage is perfect. It's clean and well maintained. Ed was so good to work with, he was out of the country and still made our reservations and was available for all questions. If you are even questioning whether or not this is a good deal or not, I assure you that you won't be disappointed. We've stayed in condos and townhouses before, but after having a house to ourselves and the ease of walking out the door right to the beach, there is no comparison. This is TRUE beach living. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. Thank you for sharing your cottage, Ed, you truly have a piece of heaven."

"We loved our stay at Su Casa. My husband and I live in Dubai and chose Indian Rocks Beach to gather our 6 children together for the week. Over the course of the week, we entertained our kids, their girlfriends, 4 sets of grandparents, siblings and friends. The house was perfect and had plenty of room for all. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to include beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even sun hats! The house had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook family style meals and we never had the need to eat out. The beds were comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully in the Old Florida style. We are planning to return again next year. Our only challenge was parking. The house has three spaces, but with such a large family and people coming and going, we had to juggle. The owner offered overflow parking at her house and we stored two cars there for the week."
