  • Perfect Family Beach Vacay

"We have stayed in 3 units at Sunset Paradise and 4 units in Indian Rocks Beach. We love Sunset Paradise. The proximity to the beach is perfect...especially if you have young children who make frequent trips to the restroom. The pool and hot tub are perfect. It's great to have a grill and there are plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Most of the people staying there are families with children and are very pleasant to be around. Cindy's unit is, by far, our favorite. It is very clean. It is very spacious. We only have 2 kids, but it was nice for each child to have their own bedroom and space. The living area is very bright. The deck is awesome. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The condo is extremely well-appointed. I always bring my own toilet paper, paper towel, dishsoap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. Cindy had everything there. The only thing I would have had to purchase is laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. There were plenty of towels for the showers and the beach. Cindy was very easy to work with and all of tbe necessary instructions were very clear. We were thrilled and will definitely be coming back! Thanks, Cindy!"

  • The most wonderful week

"We loved our stay at Su Casa. My husband and I live in Dubai and chose Indian Rocks Beach to gather our 6 children together for the week. Over the course of the week, we entertained our kids, their girlfriends, 4 sets of grandparents, siblings and friends. The house was perfect and had plenty of room for all. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to include beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even sun hats! The house had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook family style meals and we never had the need to eat out. The beds were comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully in the Old Florida style. We are planning to return again next year. Our only challenge was parking. The house has three spaces, but with such a large family and people coming and going, we had to juggle. The owner offered overflow parking at her house and we stored two cars there for the week."

  • Family Reunion

"My daughter and her family rented this unit and my son rented another unit at Gulfside Villas. Our family gathered to celebrate my 50th wedding anniversary. Our family was very pleased with Gulfside Villas because of the 2 car parking, the storage unit with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, the pool and being on the Gulf so the GKids could enjoy the beautiful beach. The unit was clean and very quiet. This is my daughter's second time to rent this unit and she plans to come back again."

  • Amazing Location!

"Michiganders need sunshine. So sunshine is what we seek. My extensive search began as the search always starts; by reading reviews. The Sea Isle Villas were a perfect fit with location, availability to suit our travel dates, AND fabulous reviews. Ian! Everyone was right about Ian. A perfect gentleman with perfect response time; so important when planning, so comforting during travel dates. When we unlocked the door using the keybox, we were all pleasantly relieved. The unit is beautiful, especially the renovated kitchen. The space was more than what two adventurous mature couples needed, but we welcomed the extra room and amenities. The overall experience was favorable. The disappointment we experienced in the response, or rather the unresponsiveness of the "key holder", Mary. We never saw her. The only time I heard her voice was when I phoned...and got her voicemail. She did not " meet" us, as was indicated in her email, she did not arrive to secure the unit(and our personal items) when a routine furnace maintainence appointment occurred during our rental period. She did not have the combination to the bike lock, although Ian had indicated in the Welcome Folder that she would, and responded to me via text that I should have read the folder more carefully. Four professional adults had already searched through the folder for the combination, and assuming the "keyholder" would have the information, inquired to receive the information - not a reprimand. After other issues with a clogged dryer vent, a dusurbingly disgusting blanket and a filthy over-burdened vacuum cleaner bag( when was the carpet truly cleaned last?) I was more than frustrated with the unseen woman who was hired to represent the Owner's best interest. Sure hope Mary can step up her game. I emailed Ian. He responded immediately! He then phoned the condo! Both my friend and myself were able to speak with him. Our visit was stellar. The incidental situations were bothersome. Ian was amazing-again. We all agreed that we would stay again. The problems were not enough to sway us from a return visit to Sea Isle. Thanks, Ian!"
