  • Perfect Getaway

"This home is fantastic - sweet community, comfortable interior, and amazing outdoor space (where we spent the majority of our time). We had so much fun staying here. The home is a short walk from the beach, less than one block, and it is very easy access. The neighborhood surrounding the home was safe with very friendly neighbors and good walkability. We walked to restaurants and shops nearby every day. The interior of the home is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and beachy decor. It really feels like a home that you can curl up in at the end of the day and enjoy a television show on the couch or a glass of wine on the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we did not find it lacking for anything. The best feature of the property is the outdoor area(s). There is a nice sitting area at the front of the home, and a great functional patio and yard area in the back of the home. There is also an outdoor shower which is perfect for rinsing off all of that sand at the end of a beach day. Overall, this is one of the best properties we have rented through VRBO. The owners take great care of the renters to make all transactions easy, and the fact that they allow dogs is so hard to find. We really enjoyed having our dog on vacation with us and watching her swim in the ocean for the first time! A great trip, and I cannot wait to return."

  • Laid Back Family Vacay

"1st: We hope to return to this rental! (Two 35 yr olds & 8 year old twins) THE UNIT: -super clean and sand-free upon arrival -BREATH TAKING, close-up beach view -fun beachy decor -furniture is in great shape and sofas (thankfully) lack sunscreen odors that are typical of most beach homes -20+ sets of towels -very comfy master mattress...possibly pillow top? THE BUILDING: -Small building (maybe 20 units?) -West, only yards to the beach -East, only yards to Bay (great views of fancy boats cruising) -Warm, private, salt water pool -Tropical landscaping on beachside -Poolside (community) patio with nice, large, gas grill & tables -Elevator -Laundry ($2 wash $1 dry) -Onsite manager THE BEACH -Quiet & peaceful, not crowded in either direction, as far as you can see -White fluffy sand that is actually raked daily -Clear, super calm water, great for snorkeling or floating -Great for bird watching IRB: -Modest, laid back, friendly beach community -Local feel, casual atmosphere, not a commercial area, definitely not for "Spring Breakers" -No high rises, modest 2 story condos and beach cottages -Safe sidewalk (mostly shaded from sun) leads to restaurants -Friendly service, delicious food, & reasonable prices in the restaurants (JD's, Crabby Bill's, PJ's, & Guppy's) -10/15min drive north to Clearwater Beach -10/15min drive south to Treasure Island (Britt's Pizza is a must) BOOK IT!"

  • Great little retreat!

"We had a wonderful time visiting the Indian Rocks Beach area. The condo offers easy access to a beautiful beach and local eateries. The condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We normally stay in more expensive lodgings, but found this to be as good or better than many of the more expensive places we have stayed. The condo is well equipped for a couple or small family. The owner was easy to work with before, during, and after our stay. Also, the location is great for day trips. We ventured to Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Sarasota, Tampa, and Venice. Nearby there are many opportunities for jet skiing, parasailing, boating, deep sea fishing, biking, kayaking and canoeing. I would definitely stay in this little gem again."

  • The Perfect Condo on the Beach

"My husband & I came here to see my kiddos that live in the area, and to look for a house for when we retire. This condo was absolutely the best place to stay. It was large, clean, very well equipped with everything you could want or need. The queen size bed was very comfy. It had a big walk in shower that was really nice. The views from the balcony and the sunsets were breath taking. The beach wasn't crowed at all when we were there. We really enjoyed the pool area. The gas grill was great, we used it several times. Plus the crock pot in the condo came in handy while we were out house hunting. There's a Publix grocery store about a mile down the road. Also the Kooky Coconut witch is about a mile down Gulf blvd. is a must to stop in at and relax and enjoy a bite to eat or just for some Ice cream. There's plenty of places to eat with in walking distance. There's a CVS, Fish market and a donut shop, Slice Pizza, Crabby Bills just to name a few, just across the street. The owner is very sweet and helpful. Everything was absolutely wonderful. If you are planning on visiting this area. I highly recommend this condo. You want be disappointed!!!"
