"The condo was very clean. The overall decor was very charming and we feel at home. It's the perfect location along the beach. Close to several shops, restaurants, and attractions, but far enough away to enjoy without a lot of people around. We have seen several dolphins in the morning at the beach. The beach itself is very clean and relaxing. The owner Doug has been extremely helpful, polite, and responds to email and phone quickly. When we visit Florida again I want to stay in this condo again. It really is the BEST! I honestly have absolutely no complaints!!!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo with another couple over Spring Break. From the moment we walked in, we KNEW we were on vacation. Great huge sliding door and beach-front balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs and spectacular views. Fun patio with pool below. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. The complex has 7 units, and was full to capacity, and the other renters were friendly and quiet. Restaurants, fish market and CVS all a short stroll away. Grocery store 2 miles away across the causeway. Stay at the condo and relax on the balcony, at the pool or on the beach. Or bring a bicycle - this is bike heaven! Novice bikers will feel comfortable on the bike lanes along Gulf Blvd through Indian Rocks. Confident intermediate and experienced riders can bike from the condo across the causeway (I recommend biking north along Gulf Blvd to Belleair and across the causeway there). There are bike lanes on the causeways and main roads, and it's not difficult to find a good route to get on the Pinellas Trail, a 40 plus mile rail-to-trail that goes from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Bay. The northern end of the trail goes through Clearwater, then Dunedin which as a fantastic downtown main street with cute shops, restaurants, brew pubs and icecream. We caught a Redsox vs. Blue Jays spring training game in Dunedin. Or head south on the trail to Gulfport, which has a more scruffy feel and a great art scene with a Tuesday market."

"We will unfortunately be leaving this condo tomorrow morning but we will hopefully be back next year. This is a great unit. It is on the top floor so you don't hear upstairs noise and the view is wonderful. The way the condo faces you do not get the hot afternoon sun but you do get the gulf breezes. The condo is furnished nicely with a great kitchen. The beds Are comfortable. I might add that it very clean. Everything is here for a wonderful vacation. Tony is great to take care of any needs that may arise although we only had 1 small issue and he took care of it right away. This complex is not so large that you are overrun with people but we have really enjoyed the ones that were here this week. Very friendly family place. If you chose to stay here you will not be disappointed. Thank you Tony hope to stay here next year."

Beautiful Condo & Beautiful View - Great Combination
"This was our first time renting from Maude and she is terrific. If we had questions she responded immediately and was available to come to the condo if needed as she lives close (there was no need for that during our stay however). The condo is exactly as shown in the photographs. The furnishings and rooms were as advertised and the condo was very clean. There were all kinds of extras provided such as a shelf full of books to read, games to play and plenty of restaurant menus and information on area attractions. The rooms were very spacious and comfortably could fit the number of people as shown in the advertisement. The view from the balcony is super and we were able to eat a number of lunches on the balcony listening to the waves and watching people walk the beach and/or swimming in the very nice pool on the property. People that shared the condo building were very friendly at all times which makes it nice if you are the outgoing type and want to start a conversation. Conversely we were left alone if we just wanted to read and sun at the pool. There is a tennis court available and it was used by other renters. There are a variety of restaurants in the area that are within walking distance and if you have a car, there are some available within a ten minute ride also. There is an assigned parking spot if you have a car. We would certainly rent this property again."
