  • EXCELLENT PLACE TO BE

"This is our 4th year in this area and our 2nd year in this condo. Again we met with the cleaning crew (they were just finishing) and they could not have been more helpful or nice. One does not usually expect a family atmosphere with the condo cleaners but this couple was aces. The unit was spotless. My wife and sister kept it that way thru out our stay. I did look round the area for another condo just in case we would not be able to secure it for next year. There is absolutely nothing to compare. I walked approx 2 miles in both directions, along the beach and back off Gulf Blvd. After looking some of these condos up on VBRO, I knew I only wanted this unit. By the way, were able to get it for next winter. Thank you Mrs. Shields. The large patio and expanse of glass overlooking the gulf is in a class by itself. There are 2 large dining tables and I was able to set up an office and reading area without disrupting the rest of the family. THIS IS LIVING."

  • Perfect spot for relaxation or activity

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo with another couple over Spring Break. From the moment we walked in, we KNEW we were on vacation. Great huge sliding door and beach-front balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs and spectacular views. Fun patio with pool below. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. The complex has 7 units, and was full to capacity, and the other renters were friendly and quiet. Restaurants, fish market and CVS all a short stroll away. Grocery store 2 miles away across the causeway. Stay at the condo and relax on the balcony, at the pool or on the beach. Or bring a bicycle - this is bike heaven! Novice bikers will feel comfortable on the bike lanes along Gulf Blvd through Indian Rocks. Confident intermediate and experienced riders can bike from the condo across the causeway (I recommend biking north along Gulf Blvd to Belleair and across the causeway there). There are bike lanes on the causeways and main roads, and it's not difficult to find a good route to get on the Pinellas Trail, a 40 plus mile rail-to-trail that goes from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Bay. The northern end of the trail goes through Clearwater, then Dunedin which as a fantastic downtown main street with cute shops, restaurants, brew pubs and icecream. We caught a Redsox vs. Blue Jays spring training game in Dunedin. Or head south on the trail to Gulfport, which has a more scruffy feel and a great art scene with a Tuesday market."

  • Paradise was found!

"Thanks Rick & Kathy for the wonderful hospitality! Your condo has definitely exceeded our expectations. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the sunsets are breathtaking! We appreciate your recommendation to Jimmy Guana's, we had such a great time. The live music and cocktails were great. It was so nice to get away from the cold Wisconsin weather, we were saddened to leave. We look forward to booking next year! Thank you! Michelle"
