  • Great Stay!

"The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed including mats, an umbrella, and toys for the beach. It had enough space for everyone. The view was awesome watching the sun go down every night."

  • Best Beach Location and Awesome Sunsets

"You can not beat the location of this condo. It's right on the beach and steps away from the onsite pool...which is very clean and our children (ages 9 and 6) loved it! This condo is spacious and clean and comes well stocked to get you started for a few days. The sheets, towels and unit was very clean. And the beds were so comfortable...some of the best sleep I've had in years!! The owners/manager of the unit are very approachable and friendly. They were quick to respond to inquiries and did not mind my constant questions (very patient). It's all the beauty of Clearwater beach without the crowds! It's so close, within walking distance, to some great restaurants and even a quick drive to others. Try the French pastry shop just down the street (north) or Guppy's (south) both walking distance. And the beach is so gorgeous all times of the day! And right in front of the condo is not crowded or overly busy like other parts of the beach. The water was so clear you could see your toes in waist deep water. My kids and I used our floating devices and just enjoyed floating on the water. And every evening the sunset is gorgeous...and you can enjoy the view from the balcony. It was breathtaking. We all had an awesome time. We'll definitely be back!!"

  • Perfect spot on the beach!

"Spring break on Indian Rocks Beach is always enjoyable; however, this condo made it PERFECT! Views are spectacular....4th floor/corner unit provides lots of light and air circulation as well. The elevator is fast and efficient and stairs are available for the ambitious guests! The condo is clean and beautifully, as well as comfortably, decorated. We especially appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen - - including empty cupboards for food! The balcony is large enough to accommodate several people at a table for four, a love seat, coffee table and 2 comfortable chairs with ottomans. (The balcony was my favorite spot! Loved coffee in the morning and wine at sunset!) The beach was great; the water was warm and clear with a sandy bottom. The pool and hot tub, surrounded by more than ample seating and tables, were very nice! The condo owner is responsive, helpful and congenial....very pleasant to work with! This condo just happens to be located between my two favorite IRB restaurants, Cafe de Paris and Guppys. There are many other excellent restaurants along Gulf Boulevard. Publix stores are easily accessible. We would love to return to this condo in the future!"

  • Perfect spot for relaxation or activity

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo with another couple over Spring Break. From the moment we walked in, we KNEW we were on vacation. Great huge sliding door and beach-front balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs and spectacular views. Fun patio with pool below. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. The complex has 7 units, and was full to capacity, and the other renters were friendly and quiet. Restaurants, fish market and CVS all a short stroll away. Grocery store 2 miles away across the causeway. Stay at the condo and relax on the balcony, at the pool or on the beach. Or bring a bicycle - this is bike heaven! Novice bikers will feel comfortable on the bike lanes along Gulf Blvd through Indian Rocks. Confident intermediate and experienced riders can bike from the condo across the causeway (I recommend biking north along Gulf Blvd to Belleair and across the causeway there). There are bike lanes on the causeways and main roads, and it's not difficult to find a good route to get on the Pinellas Trail, a 40 plus mile rail-to-trail that goes from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Bay. The northern end of the trail goes through Clearwater, then Dunedin which as a fantastic downtown main street with cute shops, restaurants, brew pubs and icecream. We caught a Redsox vs. Blue Jays spring training game in Dunedin. Or head south on the trail to Gulfport, which has a more scruffy feel and a great art scene with a Tuesday market."
