  • Fabulous!

"This property was amazing! It was a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Indian Rocks beach and the sunsets from the deck were truly stunning. The furnishings were beautiful, comfortable and immaculately clean. The owners really went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute unusual travel schedule and were so responsive to questions. It felt like we were visiting in a good friend's home. The kitchen had the best selection of quality cookware and utensils of any rental I have ever been in. They even left a huge supply of things like toiletries and kitchen supplies like bags, foil, seasonings, etc. The supply of linens was great and there was a w/d right in the unit. There was assigned parking under the building, so no worries about finding a covered spot. Indian Rocks is a fantastic location, close to so many attractions and restaurants, yet quiet with beautiful clean beaches. I give this property my highest recommendation, and this is the first time, after many years of vacation rentals, that I am saying that."

  • Beach Family Fun!

"My husband, daughter-in-law, grand-baby, and myself enjoyed a perfect vacation in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was perfect with two bedrooms, plenty of room for all the baby items, and a washer/dryer in the unit. We were steps away from the pool and the beach. This unit also had loads of beach towels, a few beach chairs, and an umbrella. Another plus is the dog park just a few minutes walk. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, and at night drove to some of the fine eateries located minutes away in Clearwater and St. Pete. We locked ourselves out one night, and the staff was there in minutes! We loved this place and would go again!!!"

  • Memories of a Lifetime

"We had a fairly large gathering of 4 generations of our immediate family join us at Sonia' Beach House and were concerned about space but it was absolutely a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room for us to visit and eat comfortably yet still have plenty of privacy since it is 3 seperate units at the house. We loved dining almost every meal on the upstairs balcony/deck or pool side under the tiki hut. The sunsets were honestly second to none. The pool and spa were awesome particularly in the evening , sort of as a respite after a day at the beach. Love the ledge in the pool so we could sit in and watch the grandkids play. Our grown son borrowed the cast net at the house and it was cool to be able to sit on the deck at sunset and watch him catch bait fish and fish the surf. The little town of Indian Rocks has plenty to do and everything we needed was very close. I loved taking 3 of my grandkids and my downs syndrome son to breakfast early every morning to Crabby Bill's on our golf cart, what fun! The youngest is still asking if we can ride to "Cwabby Bill's" for breakfast. All in all we'd say we had the absolute perfect vacation at Sonia's, [ my wife says probably best ever, maybe even better than our Alaska trips]. I don't know but definetely a great week. The only suggestions that we would have are rather nit-picky but practical. First, if possible raise the tiki hut gazebo about 6" [ow! head banger]. Second. add a couple of trash cans out by the street, we had a lot of groceries and ate in almost every meal so we had a lot of stuff to throw out in a week. Lastly run a water line down to lower part of pool deck to help from tracking beach sand too far up. We used the water hose and sprayer but it wasn't quite long enough. But like I said that's small stuff. The memories we'll have from our stay at Sonia's beach house I'm sure will last a lifetime for each of us.What a perfect vacation. Thanks for having us. Hope to do it again next year."

  • Great Family Vacation Spot

"Three generations of our family (six adults ages ranging from 32 to 75 yrs old and three kids ages 15 mos, 2 and 4 yrs old) stayed in this comfortable house for Spring Break 2014 and had a GREAT time! We'd highly recommend it. Best parts of this house --close proximity to the beach: probably 50 yards from front door to the beach and it is an easy walk. The beach is pretty, spacious and not crowded. --pool: it is small, but private, heated and comfortable --spacious: comfortably slept 9 people in 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths; open floor plan on main level with kitchen, dining area, living space, half bath and porch provided plenty of space to gather --well-equipped: 2 car garage, spacious laundry room, modern kitchen and bathrooms, wi-fi, everything needed to prepare 3 meals a day for 9 people, everything needed to keep babies / toddlers safe and comfortable (crib, 2 pack-n-plays, 2 high chairs, baby gates, gate around the pool) and everything needed for the beach (chairs, towels, an umbrella, toys, shovels and a wagon to transport everything to and from the beach) --nice area with lots to do: we enjoyed a couple of meals in Clearwater, visited Busch Gardens one day, went golfing and fishing and there were nice grocery stores near by Things to know before deciding if this is the right home for you --there are 3 levels and lots of stairs in this home (owner provided baby gates to keep our young children safe) --pool is small and not very deep (which was great for our group b/c we had 3 young children with us, but probably not a good fit if you're looking for a place to swim laps or dive) --the home is in close proximity to other homes in this development - noise was never a problem for us and the neighbors were all friendly and nice, but the houses are quite close to one another The owner was very organized and professional in handling the rental -- the contract was straight-forward, the owner was responsive to our questions and requests and payment was easy."
