  • Happy Vacationer

"This was our second year in this unit. Love it! Took our granddaughter to Busch Gardens, which is only a 45 minute drive, and had a wonderful time. Loads of good restaurants and shopping in the area. A must place to visit is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk at Madeira Beach. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place."

  • FABULOUS!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our month at Rick & Susan’s “beach house”. It was absolutely clean throughout when we arrived. It had everything we could ask for – a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, a refreshing balcony, a beautiful heated pool, beach toys & chairs and, not to be forgotten, the beach. The view of the Gulf and sunsets were second to none. The building, pool and grounds were well maintained and private. The bedrooms being on a separate floor from the living area worked well for us. There were plenty of things to do nearby. Walking to the numerous Indian Rocks Beach restaurants was a favourite. Highlights of our outings were the Dali Museum & Chihuly Collection in St. Petersburg, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk in Madeira Beach, a Pirate Cruise and the Toronto Blue Jays training camp in Dunedin. Communication with Rick and Susan was great. We highly recommend it."

  • Perfect spot for relaxation or activity

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo with another couple over Spring Break. From the moment we walked in, we KNEW we were on vacation. Great huge sliding door and beach-front balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs and spectacular views. Fun patio with pool below. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. The complex has 7 units, and was full to capacity, and the other renters were friendly and quiet. Restaurants, fish market and CVS all a short stroll away. Grocery store 2 miles away across the causeway. Stay at the condo and relax on the balcony, at the pool or on the beach. Or bring a bicycle - this is bike heaven! Novice bikers will feel comfortable on the bike lanes along Gulf Blvd through Indian Rocks. Confident intermediate and experienced riders can bike from the condo across the causeway (I recommend biking north along Gulf Blvd to Belleair and across the causeway there). There are bike lanes on the causeways and main roads, and it's not difficult to find a good route to get on the Pinellas Trail, a 40 plus mile rail-to-trail that goes from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Bay. The northern end of the trail goes through Clearwater, then Dunedin which as a fantastic downtown main street with cute shops, restaurants, brew pubs and icecream. We caught a Redsox vs. Blue Jays spring training game in Dunedin. Or head south on the trail to Gulfport, which has a more scruffy feel and a great art scene with a Tuesday market."

  • Everything & More!

"Pride of ownership shows in this owner rented condo. Our 3rd time at Dan & Lisa's condo and we are never disappointed. Very clean, and every visit has new updates to the unit. This time, it was the 3 flat screen TVs. :). We love the location of Indian Rocks Beach and all it has to offer. Quiet complex, elevator to your door, outdoor pool that overlooks the ocean. The positives are too numerous to mention. I recommend "seeing is believing"."
