"We spent Easter break here and it was perfect! We have three children and it was the first time we travelled with them! The area is a great place for a vacation, lots of things to do and see! Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise was definatley a favorite for the kids. The beaches are beautiful, and the waters are gentle. The kids spent hours on end in the water. The condo was great for a family of 5. The patio is a nice feature, we ate all our meals there. Really liked the Indian Shores area! It was a busy time when we were there with Spring Break, but we found Indian shores to be quiet and uncrowded. We saw Dolphins swim by every morning, and enjoyed beautiful sunsets eveynight!
Only word of caution would be not to leave any of your things in the parking bay. Everyone seems to leave their beach toys umbrellas, and chairs in the parking bays by their cars. We never did until near the end of our vacation and unfortunately we had all our beach things stolen! Just take your stuff in with you! Thankfully there was a very kind man who lives in one of the Condos who lent us some of his chairs and boogie boards for the kids for our last few days :) We would definatley return tho! Great place!"

"We rented this condo for 5 days in September. We gave it a four star rating, but one of these stars would be based on the location (right on the beach), and walkability to lots of restaurants and other things to do. The condo itself is mostly 'original' and there is lots of wood and some carpet which may not appeal to everyone. Also, there are lots of stairs to get up to the condo, and a steep spiral staircase to get up to the top floor bedroom and sun deck. Our kids had a great time on the beach which was clean, very quiet and safe. The sunsets are fantastic. We tried a bit of surf fishing, and while we didn't catch anything that big, there were others that were fishing and were very successful. We also found a FANTASTIC pizza place called Jotos on Seminole Blvd. If you are after location only and need a place to sleep this place will definitely work. We had a good time."

"OMG!!! What a fabulous vacation home. The condo was perfectly located on a private beach; with plenty of room inside to get lost or stay close! The spacious area worked very well for our family. The decor was lovely inside and the linens were of a very good quality; which is one thing that I find that other vacation rentals lack. And watching the sunset from the balcony was beyond heaven. Oh, I am longing for another vacation! This condo is a great find and I hope to go back there next year. Thanks so much Paula for allowing us to use your beautiful home."
