"This condo had a very nice/ updated/ comfy "beachy" décor and the owner had every detail covered. It looked just liked the pictures & had a nice view of the beach. We have 4 boys and I loved that they had an entire closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels....those things are a pain to bring and it's nice that they have them to share w/ the renters:) A well-stocked kitchen too.....I've been to many condos w/ very little pots and pans, etc. making it hard to cook in the condo, but this one had everything I needed. Plenty of seating w/ the sectional couch & large chair & ottoman which is hard to find. The condo seemed spacious for the price. They had a stash of board games & DVD's for rainy days which we didn't need to use. I liked the location.....Long Pier was close by for a day of fishing (my son caught a baby hammerhead shark!), lots of good restaurants and the trolley runs to John's Pass or Clearwater if you'd like to go shopping, get ice cream, eat or take a Deep Sea Fishing boat, a pirate boat tour or a Dolphin Watching tour. A great little putt-putt place very close by. The beach was nice and deep so lots of room to play Frisbee, volleyball, etc. even on Spring Break when it's more crowded. No hot tub & the pool isn't huge, but it seemed large enough for the building - we could always find a chair. We spent most of our time at the beach anyway:) I only gave it 4 stars b/c there is a paver pool deck under the backside of the condo which belongs to the adjacent building so the noise really echoed at night if anyone was hanging out on the deck. Not horrible though - I could turn on the bathroom fan so I couldn't hear it and the other 2 bedrooms are near the front of the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone.....we love the area!"

"It's hard to book a vacation home based on photos and reviews, but boy were we happy when we arrived at this slice of heaven. Perfectly situated about 20 minutes south of hustle and bustle of Clearwater, but close enough to local restaurants and watering holes. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you need. we instantly felt at home. Literally steps to the beach. We had to keep an eye on our toddler who insisted on running towards the water! Can't wait to return."

"We rented this condo for 5 days in September. We gave it a four star rating, but one of these stars would be based on the location (right on the beach), and walkability to lots of restaurants and other things to do. The condo itself is mostly 'original' and there is lots of wood and some carpet which may not appeal to everyone. Also, there are lots of stairs to get up to the condo, and a steep spiral staircase to get up to the top floor bedroom and sun deck. Our kids had a great time on the beach which was clean, very quiet and safe. The sunsets are fantastic. We tried a bit of surf fishing, and while we didn't catch anything that big, there were others that were fishing and were very successful. We also found a FANTASTIC pizza place called Jotos on Seminole Blvd. If you are after location only and need a place to sleep this place will definitely work. We had a good time."

"We had a 3 hour flight delay from Columbus to Tampa to start this weekend get away with! It was so frustrating. But once we landed in Tampa and I called the rental agent...it was easy from there on out! We were very worried about getting to the rental office before it closed, but all we had to do was call and she took care of it. Very easy to deal with. Gloria was a doll too! This is a gorgeous, gorgeous location. It is right on the beach, and it is a gorgeous beach. The area is mostly residential, not touristy, and we loved it. Not a ton of crowds on the beach, no traffic. Perfect! There are plenty of places just a very short drive up the street. We ate at Crabby Bills (yum) the first night which was great. Clearwater Beach is a short drive, and there is a really good Publix not far from there also. It was very easy to get to from Tampa Airport and St Pete, and not far at all. The assigned parking is nice and the building does have an elevator and luggage carts. The pool area is very nice and plenty of chairs. The condo itself was more than we expected. Very roomy and everything was there we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, it has a K-cup for coffee lovers :) The ONLY minor thing was only 2 of the pillows had pillow cases. There was plenty of pillows, and maybe the pillow cases were there somewhere, but we could not find them :) And make sure you bring your own beach towels. There are several beach chairs there. Oh..and make sure you go out on the beach and see the critters at night! There is a flashlight there for you to use :) Our last day there was PERFECT..gorgeous morning and we spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching a group of dolphins that lingered for some time out in the water right in front of us. The water was crystal clear. We will definitely be back..cannot wait to get back! Thank youuu :)"
