"That was our second stay at this place and it was great again.
Condo is perfectly located, literally on the beach, close to restaurants, shops or mini golf course.
It is ideally small (1 bedroom) - perfectly comfortable for the couple and sufficient for smaller family with max. 2 kids (thanx to additional Murphy bed in living room).
It is well equipped with everything that you would need during holidays (starting from kitchen utensils, sheets and towels, through books or DVDs to beach toys, chairs, umbrellas or a beach tent).
Apart from few dust bunnies on our arrival and quite slow internet (at least in comparison to our European standards - 1 Mbps there vs. 75 Mbps at home), everything else was really OK.
I honestly recommend it to anybody."

"Our family of 4 had one of our best vacations yet at your condo. My wife and 2 sons, ages 12 and 10, had a great time, we made sure to have beach time every day. We had way more room than we needed and it was very well decorated. The beach in front of the condo is amazing white sand very clean, and when we needed a break from the beach the pool was the perfect temp. The condo is in a great location, we would take a short drive to Johns pass almost every night to take in the shops and get some ice cream. It was also an easy drive into Tampa to catch a Rays game one night. There are many great restaurants in the area, some are very easy to walk to and there are many more options within a 5 minute drive. You can also rent paddle boards, kayaks, and much more right across the street. We were all able to relax and reconnect, we will most defiantly be back! Thanks for sharing your beach front home."

"This is our second year staying at this condo at Barefoot Beach and we consider it our home away from home! It has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. It is clean and comfortable. I like having a kitchen to prepare breakfast and dinner as we have dietary restrictions. There is lots to do around the area or you can just relax at the beach that is just across the street."

"I inquired about the property about 2 weeks prior...last minute trip before school started. Lori quickly responded the next to answer my questions and provide us a great rate. She had said 107 was her favorite and once we arrived I understood why. The front patio is right by the walk way to the beach. It's also near the laundry facilities and the trash is not far either...it takes longer to walk to the pool than the beach. Speaking of the pool, it's a good size and has an 8.5' end so kids had fun diving. The pictures do not do the condo justice. I would recommend this condo and Lori if you're looking for a nice quiet place to relax. Clearwater is not far, but TONS busier. I much prefer Indian Springs over Clearwater.
The condo was stocked with the necessary basics for the beach: chairs, umbrella (a good one), boogie boards and sand toys.
Beach towels are supplied, but I recommend bringing your own.
The washers accomplished the job, but were not the best around. It's $1.75 per load and another 1.50 for the drier. Bring quarters!
The only down side was having one bathroom for six people. Luckily 4 were kids.
Lori was very responsive to all my emails and all the directions she provided were perfect!
There is a great bathing suit shop within walking distance along with the bus stop stop, and restaurants. The Candy Kitchen is a MUST for ice cream and reliving some kid days with old fashioned candy and games."
