  • Ideal Getaway!

"This place is such a gem! It truly is a perfect getaway for a family or a couple looking to relax. The condo itself has everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, towels, cable, internet, long distance calling, prime location to restaurants and grocery stores, onsite washer and dryer. In all honesty, I've never used the expression 'home away from home' until I visited this place. My husband and I came here for a week at the end of September and because of the time of year, the beach and pool were quiet, felt so private. We have always done all inclusive vacations but this year we decided to try something new and I'm so glad we did! My favourite part of the condo itself - SUPER clean! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to get away!"

  • Great place to relax!!

"This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed in this condo unit. We love so many things about it, but I'll try to summarize: 1. It feels like you're in a home, not a vacation condo. Everything is decorated tastefully and the furniture is comfortable, not cheap rattan couches with thin cushions. 2. The view is outstanding! From the living room/kitchen and balcony and also from the master bedroom, you can view the intercoastal waterway. You'll see lots of wildlife (birds, dolphins, fish) and boats. Unlike the beach which after dark has no view, you can enjoy the lighted waterway at night. 3. It's a five minute walk to the beach. You can enjoy the beach without paying the premium for a beachside property. 4. It's quiet. Our experience is that we've often had the pool to ourselves when we go. We really love it. The only thing that might dissuade you would be that it's a 3rd floor unit with stair access only. My husband and I aren't very old yet, but this might be a challenge for an older couple or a family with little kids. I hate to even mention this, but thought those who have health challenges might need to consider this. Again - we love it and highly recommend it! You'll not regret staying here!"

  • Family vacation

"My family and I enjoyed a week at this condo. It was not a luxury condo but it was nice and clean and met all our needs. It was greatly appreciated that beach towels were provided. When you fly it is hard to pack towels. There was a ton of beach toys to kids to play with. The area has a lot of nice places to eat including one right across the street. If I had one request of improvement in the condo it would be to replace the front door knob. It may just need to be oiled but it was really hard to lock and unlock. I let my husband do it most if the time. It's a simple fix that did not detract from the condo. I also have to praise the owner. She was very quick to answer emails and answered all my questions. She was very easy to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone."

  • Awesome Condo & Great Views!

"Lyle's condo is a perfect place for a vacation getaway. It is centrally located for driving to Clearwater to the north & John's Pass to the south. We tried several restaurants & our favorites were the Salt Rock Grill (get there for the early bird dinner!), Crabby Bill's (a great fried mixed platter) & JD's. We had dinner and breakfast at JD's ($4 breakfast specials Tuesday through Friday). The view from the balcony is wonderful & the grown-up "high-chairs" were perfect, since you don't have to look through the balcony bars! There's a blue heron to the south that stands all day with the fishermen, just waiting for a treat...so fun to watch! You can't go wrong here!!"
