  • Great time of year!

"We came down for a family wedding in Tampa area. We like to stay in the Beach area every year. October turned out to be the very best weather ever. Warm during the day, cool at night, and we only had one rain day! The condo is very nice, large enough for our group with three bedrooms. The owners let us do a Tues-Tues stay, which made the process of finding a condo hard in the first place, most wanting Sat-Sat. (wedding was on Sat!!) . We were situated on the 5th floor and the view was gorgeous. The pool area was kept very nice. My only warning is that you need to stock EVERYTHING yourself except towels, dishes and bedding. There is no backstock of any paper necessities left behind by previous guests. We just went out and bought enough to get thru the week and took the rest home. The condo was pretty clean and comfortable. I wish we had been around more to use the huge kitchen but we had too much travelling to do. Indian Shores is centrally located to everything on the beach. Tons of places to go. We typically headed south every day. And the trolley stop is directly in front of condo. The Pub restaurant and bar is right across the street. Great food, cocktails and friendly staff that we got to know very well! I would go back again."

  • Spring Break

"Our stay for 2 weeks in Condo 107 was very relaxing. First, the keyless entry was the best to the room and the coded bathroom. We were fortunate enough to not have to use keys to access the beach as locks were removed from gate. Bedrooms were comfortable with tv's in 2 of the bedrooms(a downfall by not having a tv in the 3rd bedroom) Living area was nice, although we were wishing for an additional piece of living room furniture, ie a recliner/chair. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Manager of condo(Tina) was AWESOME!! She took care of a few needs that arose at the beginning of our stay in a very quick manner. Views/sunsets/full moon from balcony were beautiful. Parking was nice in the garage area and well lit. Entry to Condo parking lot not very well lit at night, difficult to see and only one way in/out. This is not owner's fault by any means. This was out 14th year visiting the area and new to staying in Sea Gate. Pool was large and heated with plenty of seating. We did feel pool could have been cleaner due to the high use during the 2 weeks we were there(lots of suntan lotion floating on edges of pool-scrubbing each day with brush would have helped). One negative about Sea Gate was no one was ever in the office to report concerns-several times people who were not renters appeared at the pool and stayed, others attempted to use bathrooms(thank goodness for codes because most of us around the pool knew they did not belong and we would not release code). Several great restaurants/breakfast places around that we frequent whenever we are there: Sweet Sage(breakfast/lunch-outside dining) Friendly Tavern(breakfast, lunch and dinner-outside dining), Original Pizza(lunch deals at $5.00, dinner, outside dining). Trolley is right out in front of the Sea Gate Condo. When making reservations for our stay, owner answered every and all questions we asked. Washer/dryer in the unit as well. Beach was beautiful and clean. Families out crabbing at night-tons of laughter heard. Great people staying at Sea Gate Condo's. Made some lasting friendships."

  • Great stay, fantastic condo

"Our 30 day stay was fantastic. All the instructions and advice that we were given prior to our arrival was right on 'key'. As we were driving to the condo I packed several items that I thought for sure I would need. Did not use one of them the condo was so super supplied from the kitchen to bedrooms to bathrooms. The owner would periodically contact us to see if we needed anything which was special. Wish the weather was more cooperative but enjoyed the many sunsets from the balcony."

  • Very Very nice ! Exactly as described!

"Best month of March in the best place. The condo is expertly decorated in modern beach theme. Everything works and is clean. In the unlikely event of a problem, the owner will literally be there within minutes. It's the kind of place where you can proudly invite discerning guests for champagne sunset and dinner. The beach is right across the street and it literally takes less than two minutes to walk there. The grills at Barefoot are plentiful and they all work. If grilling isn't your thing every night, there are several really good restaurants in the area. Salt Rock - right next door - do not miss happy hour- great early bird specials but get there by 4. Guppys- Lilemma says the best cosmo in the area. Seafood extraordinaire. AquaPrime- Don't miss this one. Conch House in Redington shores. Go early(by 4:00) for a patio seat - awesome food The Pub - Best blackened Grouper Rueben on the planet Lots more- Crabby Bills, JD's etc.... Spinners - St Petes Beach - don't waste your money We will be back and would not hesitate to recommend this property."
