  • Much needed vacation

"Our family needed this vacation after a long hard winter. Wow, what a view, the Gulf of Mexico on the left & the intercoastal waterway to the right with dolphins swimming around everyday. The condo was very clean and spacious. We were all so relaxed and did not want to leave. Will definitely return to this condo next time we visit the area."

  • Heavenly Escape - Perfect all around

"Perfect escape from freezing cold Canadian winter. We arrive at Captains Cove Christmas Eve and were met by Nina, who took us upstairs to her home. We had seen the pictures online and knew it would be nice but were still happily surprised. Wow! The unit was just pristine. Everything was beautifully laid out and all our needs had been anticipated. The view from the balcony (a really big balcony, it should be noted) was outstanding. We spend many an hour gazing over the water from that balcony. We cannot thank you enough for the opportunity of letting us stay in your home and hope to return one day."

  • Great place to spend time with sisters!

"This was our first time to stay in the Indian Shores Beach area. The condo was a perfect fit for five sisters seeking rest, relaxation, peace, and comfort. This was the best stocked vacation condo/house we've ever rented! You thought of everything in the kitchen from plastic storage containers to a crockpot to wine glasses! The linens were great and plentiful. Thanks for even providing beach towels. We so appreciated the washer/dryer, too. The bottle of wine did not go to waste. :-) Thank you!!! We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee, mid-days to read or chat, and evenings to watch some of the best sunsets we've seen! It was great having wifi as we were able to Facetime with one other sister several times during our stay. Patricia was great to answer any questions before we booked the condo and sent numerous emails prior to our arrival, during and after. Laminated signs and instructions were helpful throughout the home to know what to do about TVs, washer/dryer instructions, trash location, etc. We wished there was building receptacle for recyclables. Parking passes for an assigned covered parking space and availability to use a guest parking space were so appreciative. Even though we ate breakfast and most lunches in, we did eat out several times - two of those on Gulf Boulevard. The Pub was just so convenient to walk across the street. Loved having a water view for dinner. But the favorite for our group was Crabby Bill's. Great food and service with early-bird specials! My mouth is still watering from the key lime pie. Yum! We would definitely recommend your condo to others and we would love to come back again. Easy drive from the Tampa airport. Thanks for sharing the condo!"

  • Just what we needed!

"We had a 3 hour flight delay from Columbus to Tampa to start this weekend get away with! It was so frustrating. But once we landed in Tampa and I called the rental agent...it was easy from there on out! We were very worried about getting to the rental office before it closed, but all we had to do was call and she took care of it. Very easy to deal with. Gloria was a doll too! This is a gorgeous, gorgeous location. It is right on the beach, and it is a gorgeous beach. The area is mostly residential, not touristy, and we loved it. Not a ton of crowds on the beach, no traffic. Perfect! There are plenty of places just a very short drive up the street. We ate at Crabby Bills (yum) the first night which was great. Clearwater Beach is a short drive, and there is a really good Publix not far from there also. It was very easy to get to from Tampa Airport and St Pete, and not far at all. The assigned parking is nice and the building does have an elevator and luggage carts. The pool area is very nice and plenty of chairs. The condo itself was more than we expected. Very roomy and everything was there we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, it has a K-cup for coffee lovers :) The ONLY minor thing was only 2 of the pillows had pillow cases. There was plenty of pillows, and maybe the pillow cases were there somewhere, but we could not find them :) And make sure you bring your own beach towels. There are several beach chairs there. Oh..and make sure you go out on the beach and see the critters at night! There is a flashlight there for you to use :) Our last day there was PERFECT..gorgeous morning and we spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching a group of dolphins that lingered for some time out in the water right in front of us. The water was crystal clear. We will definitely be back..cannot wait to get back! Thank youuu :)"
