  • It Just Can't Get Any Better Than This

"We've stayed in a number of condos in our travels, and this one tops them all. The pictures you see on this site are what you see as soon as you enter the doorway, and the owners have thought of everything their guests might need. Prior to arriving, Andrew and Erin provided ample information for us to be off and running as soon as we arrived. When we arrived, we were thrilled to find the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. The king size bed has a memory foam mattress and is very comfortable. The condo is tastefully decorated and was very clean. We needed a very relaxing time away, and we got that. During our stay, we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the unobstructed view of the gulf -- it's fabulous. We also walked the beach every day, and the outside shower on the ground level behind the building was welcome to help us get the sand off so we didn't track it back to the condo. The Indian Shores area was quiet during our visit, and that fit our needs perfectly. We only had one small thing (a Wi-Fi issue) that came up during our visit -- we contacted Andrew, and he helped us immediately. There are several restaurants within a short drive (10-15 minutes maximum). There is a unique little coffee shop (Indian Shores Coffee Shop) right across the street (their drinks, in my opinion, rival national chains although they don't have the wide selection that others might -- and they have fresh muffins every day along with hot breakfast sandwiches and Panini sandwiches for lunch). Salt Rock Grill is also across the street. The food and atmosphere are fantastic. John's Pass is a 15 minute drive south for some shopping, dining, and other activities. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building; and for $2 per person (one way), you can take the trolley up and down the beach all the way from Clearwater to St Pete's Beach. It's a great way to get where you want to go if you would prefer not to drive. We found driving easy, but the trolley came in handy a time or two. We absolutely LOVED this condo and the Indian Shores area. Very relaxing. The owners are very gracious, and we can't say enough how appreciative we are for everything they provide for their guests; and they are SO great to work with. Would I recommend this condo to others? Absolutely."

  • Beautiful!!

"We only have 2 days left of our absolutely wonderful stay in this fabulous condo. The views were better than I imagined. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning looking at the beautiful beach and ocean. Then just going downstairs and bam you are on the beach. Everything you could want is in the condo. Its clean, comfortable and roomy. I m having such a great relaxing time. I am so sad to be leaving. My husband and I are going to book for 2 weeks for next year instead of 1. 1 week is just not enough. Thank you Florida Lifestyles for the ease and security of booking. (And Kristin she is super)and thank you Jimmie for the lovely place."

  • Great place to relax!!

"This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed in this condo unit. We love so many things about it, but I'll try to summarize: 1. It feels like you're in a home, not a vacation condo. Everything is decorated tastefully and the furniture is comfortable, not cheap rattan couches with thin cushions. 2. The view is outstanding! From the living room/kitchen and balcony and also from the master bedroom, you can view the intercoastal waterway. You'll see lots of wildlife (birds, dolphins, fish) and boats. Unlike the beach which after dark has no view, you can enjoy the lighted waterway at night. 3. It's a five minute walk to the beach. You can enjoy the beach without paying the premium for a beachside property. 4. It's quiet. Our experience is that we've often had the pool to ourselves when we go. We really love it. The only thing that might dissuade you would be that it's a 3rd floor unit with stair access only. My husband and I aren't very old yet, but this might be a challenge for an older couple or a family with little kids. I hate to even mention this, but thought those who have health challenges might need to consider this. Again - we love it and highly recommend it! You'll not regret staying here!"

  • Five star location; three star condo; four star overall.

"This condo’s location is superb; right on the beach and close to the water. We stayed for five nights and every day saw incredible displays of fishing waterfowl, swimming dolphins, and stunning sunsets. The owner is helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and the rental rate was reasonable. If it had been possible to stay outside for the length of our stay, it would have been perfect. This unit is dated, so if you’re looking for ‘luxury’, this isn’t your place. It’s clean where it matters most (linens, bathrooms, fridge). The tiled balconies off the living and master bedroom face the Gulf and were great for meals and relaxing. The wicker living and dining furniture add an interesting touch, making the condo more ‘homelike’ and less like ‘cookie-cutter’ lodging. The other furnishings are eclectic. The wood ceilings are unique and add warmth to this roomy condo. There are thoughtfully placed soft LED nightlights throughout the unit. Both bathrooms are very spacious with nice towels. There are a washer and dryer in the unit. Most everything needed for cooking is available in the kitchen, but some of the pieces are worn and beyond their useful life. The dishwasher and microwave are newer and work well; the other appliances are functional and utilitarian. Our preference for plush/softer mattresses made the very firm mattresses in both bedrooms not as suitable to us as we might have hoped. If internet connectivity is necessary for your stay, be aware that this unit’s Wi-Fi is unstable and weak. It could be accessed ONLY in the living room in the area of the sliding doors. We did not see a router in the unit; possibly this is shared Wi-Fi. We did encounter several maintenance/repair issues during our stay; the owner has been informed of these. He seemed to respond positively to being made aware of these concerns. There are some rather ‘odd’ fixes here and there in the unit to maintain functionality of the oven, shower, and the microwave. Overall, our stay was acceptable. If the repair and maintenance issues are attended to, we would consider staying here again and recommending it to others."
