  • Great vacation!

"We recently spent a week here and everything was as advertised. The condo complex is in a very convenient location with super easy access to everything you will want to do. We enjoyed the gulf front location and the pool area was perfect, neat, clean and had plenty of loungers. There weren't many folks around during our stay but everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The owners, Orlando and Miriam, stayed in communication from the time we booked till arrival and we knew if we needed anything during the stay they were just a call away. We would love to go back and stay here again!"

  • PERFECT!!

"This is by far one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, modern, clean. It felt like home! We love Indian Shores and Sand Castle I. The pictures Carole posted are accurate & and nothing beats the balcony views. The grounds & pool area are well maintained & the location is great with intracoastal waterway on one side & ocean on the other. The rental process was wonderful and Carole communicated and answered all questions promptly. Will definitely be interested in renting this unit again. Thank you for sharing your home!!"

  • Great time of year!

"We came down for a family wedding in Tampa area. We like to stay in the Beach area every year. October turned out to be the very best weather ever. Warm during the day, cool at night, and we only had one rain day! The condo is very nice, large enough for our group with three bedrooms. The owners let us do a Tues-Tues stay, which made the process of finding a condo hard in the first place, most wanting Sat-Sat. (wedding was on Sat!!) . We were situated on the 5th floor and the view was gorgeous. The pool area was kept very nice. My only warning is that you need to stock EVERYTHING yourself except towels, dishes and bedding. There is no backstock of any paper necessities left behind by previous guests. We just went out and bought enough to get thru the week and took the rest home. The condo was pretty clean and comfortable. I wish we had been around more to use the huge kitchen but we had too much travelling to do. Indian Shores is centrally located to everything on the beach. Tons of places to go. We typically headed south every day. And the trolley stop is directly in front of condo. The Pub restaurant and bar is right across the street. Great food, cocktails and friendly staff that we got to know very well! I would go back again."

  • Clean and spacious layout

"There were 5 women on this vacation, and having the 3 bathrooms and all the comfortable beds was wonderful. The condo was very clean, the layout perfect. The listing on VRBO described the condo exactly and navigating from the airport was a breeze. We had a storm on our arrival night which washed up hundreds of these odd large living shell creatures-they remained on the beach for the week. It'd been a bit nicer if our direct beach had been cleaned off-as our neighboring condos did-so we didn't have to navigate around them-but that didn't spoil our many long beach walks. There was covered and well lit parking for us and carts at the elevator to bring all of our luggage and groceries upstairs-this was wonderful, as we were able to unload our van in one trip. The unit could use a coat of fresh paint-but the furnishings and linens were clean and comfortable. I forgot some toiletries, and it was nice that they had new bottles of shampoo and individual soap bars there for my use-until I ran to pick them up. Very short drive to John's Pass-great shopping! Close to restaurants, Publix and Walgreens. We'd recommend this to friends, and would return in a heart beat! Thank you for having us."
