  • Awesome Condo & Great Views!

"Lyle's condo is a perfect place for a vacation getaway. It is centrally located for driving to Clearwater to the north & John's Pass to the south. We tried several restaurants & our favorites were the Salt Rock Grill (get there for the early bird dinner!), Crabby Bill's (a great fried mixed platter) & JD's. We had dinner and breakfast at JD's ($4 breakfast specials Tuesday through Friday). The view from the balcony is wonderful & the grown-up "high-chairs" were perfect, since you don't have to look through the balcony bars! There's a blue heron to the south that stands all day with the fishermen, just waiting for a treat...so fun to watch! You can't go wrong here!!"

  • It Just Can't Get Any Better Than This

"We've stayed in a number of condos in our travels, and this one tops them all. The pictures you see on this site are what you see as soon as you enter the doorway, and the owners have thought of everything their guests might need. Prior to arriving, Andrew and Erin provided ample information for us to be off and running as soon as we arrived. When we arrived, we were thrilled to find the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. The king size bed has a memory foam mattress and is very comfortable. The condo is tastefully decorated and was very clean. We needed a very relaxing time away, and we got that. During our stay, we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the unobstructed view of the gulf -- it's fabulous. We also walked the beach every day, and the outside shower on the ground level behind the building was welcome to help us get the sand off so we didn't track it back to the condo. The Indian Shores area was quiet during our visit, and that fit our needs perfectly. We only had one small thing (a Wi-Fi issue) that came up during our visit -- we contacted Andrew, and he helped us immediately. There are several restaurants within a short drive (10-15 minutes maximum). There is a unique little coffee shop (Indian Shores Coffee Shop) right across the street (their drinks, in my opinion, rival national chains although they don't have the wide selection that others might -- and they have fresh muffins every day along with hot breakfast sandwiches and Panini sandwiches for lunch). Salt Rock Grill is also across the street. The food and atmosphere are fantastic. John's Pass is a 15 minute drive south for some shopping, dining, and other activities. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building; and for $2 per person (one way), you can take the trolley up and down the beach all the way from Clearwater to St Pete's Beach. It's a great way to get where you want to go if you would prefer not to drive. We found driving easy, but the trolley came in handy a time or two. We absolutely LOVED this condo and the Indian Shores area. Very relaxing. The owners are very gracious, and we can't say enough how appreciative we are for everything they provide for their guests; and they are SO great to work with. Would I recommend this condo to others? Absolutely."
