  • 2nd TIME STAYING AT THIS WONDERFUL CONDO

"This was our second time staying in this unit. We have been coming to the Bayshore with our family for over 25 years and have stayed at various units. This is definitely one of the best. The pictures don't do it justice. Was very clean and had everything we needed to head to the beach each day. Love the pool, it is beautifully landscaped, and we enjoyed the fishing dock. Only had 1 day of rain in two weeks to make it perfect. The location is great, lots of good restaurants close by. Love Island Grill, Guppys and PJ's Oyster Bar. Thanks again Melinda we hope to be back again next year."

  • Happy customer !!

"First of all , the owners of this property are great to deal with!!! They made our transaction stress free and serviced our request for keys and other information promptly. We were very happy when we opened the door for the first time to see a well maintained, nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable apartment for all 6 adults to enjoy for the week. A few draw backs were the street noise in the morning was a bit distracting just in the master bedroom, and the internet seemed slower than we are used to. The location of this property was the best one yet. The beach is awesome, the gulf is calm and surprisingly warm, the groceries and liquor stores were close. I would definitely recommend this one to any one of any age."

  • Indian Shores - All You Need

"We had a great stay, with excellent communication with owner, everything was exactly as expected. Our preference is gulf coast beachfront but we could not find one with 2 bedrooms at a reasonable rate during our trip. This was our second stay at Indian Shores but first at this location, we had friends who stayed at another unit at Barefoot before so we knew exactly what to expect. The 3 minute walk across to the beach is easy. Our rental was 6 nights and started mid-week and we appreciated the flexibility. Also, we won't book with extra fees and taxes so it was an easy transaction and I felt it was a great value. My deposit has not been received, but did receive a note that it was forwarded within 2 days of our departure which is excellent. The owner uses an electronic lock with keycode which alleviates any fears of not finding a key upon arrival. The pool is great and was honestly a selling point for us and our 7 yr. old daughter and I personally enjoyed the view from the pool and the intercoastal with the boats parading regularly. The condo is great with everything you need and more. We were 100% satisfied. That being said, budget paper towel that wouldn't rip in one piece and 1-ply toilet paper would be the only surprises we discovered, and it wasn't that big of a deal anyway. We have found that each condo is somewhat unique anyway with the supplies - last year we had friends who were in another unit with no beach towels supplied, this year they had no dish soap or salt & pepper so not a big deal. WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND! Thanks Tina!"

  • Just what we needed!

"We had a 3 hour flight delay from Columbus to Tampa to start this weekend get away with! It was so frustrating. But once we landed in Tampa and I called the rental agent...it was easy from there on out! We were very worried about getting to the rental office before it closed, but all we had to do was call and she took care of it. Very easy to deal with. Gloria was a doll too! This is a gorgeous, gorgeous location. It is right on the beach, and it is a gorgeous beach. The area is mostly residential, not touristy, and we loved it. Not a ton of crowds on the beach, no traffic. Perfect! There are plenty of places just a very short drive up the street. We ate at Crabby Bills (yum) the first night which was great. Clearwater Beach is a short drive, and there is a really good Publix not far from there also. It was very easy to get to from Tampa Airport and St Pete, and not far at all. The assigned parking is nice and the building does have an elevator and luggage carts. The pool area is very nice and plenty of chairs. The condo itself was more than we expected. Very roomy and everything was there we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, it has a K-cup for coffee lovers :) The ONLY minor thing was only 2 of the pillows had pillow cases. There was plenty of pillows, and maybe the pillow cases were there somewhere, but we could not find them :) And make sure you bring your own beach towels. There are several beach chairs there. Oh..and make sure you go out on the beach and see the critters at night! There is a flashlight there for you to use :) Our last day there was PERFECT..gorgeous morning and we spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching a group of dolphins that lingered for some time out in the water right in front of us. The water was crystal clear. We will definitely be back..cannot wait to get back! Thank youuu :)"
