  • Beautiful!

"Our family spent Thanksgiving week at this condo and we couldn't be happier!! Beautiful property! Great views, close to everything. Very well equipped if you wanted to make your meals there. We can't say enough about this property and what made it even better was dealing with Orlando! What a great guy!!! We booked last minute and he went out of his way to accomodate us and make us comfortable during our stay! If you are looking to rent a property in this area don't pass this one by!!!!"

  • Relaxation at it`s finest !

"Anyone considering a visit to the Clearwater area must stay here. Located in Indian Shores, is this secluded piece of paradise. From the moment you open the door, a smile comes on your face as you explore your way thru this condo. It is very tastefully decorated offering all the comforts of home. When you are finally finished with your tour , you exit the back door leading to your private patio. Adirondack chairs and table to watch the sunrise in the morning with your cup of coffee. Occasional sighting of dolphins, and other wildlife entertain you throughout your stay. A few steps away is a fabulous restaurant offering the same view. Across the street is beach access for Barefoot Beach Resort. Enjoy the sunset while sitting on the benches that are there, or a walk along the waters edge. There are plenty of things to do in the area. depending on what you want, you really don`t have to leave the property. This was my 3rd visit to this resort and by far my best ! Already looking forward to my next visit !"

  • Perfect Getaway Location

"This was a great vacation property. It is taken care of very nicely. The instructions are very clear of how to get in and enjoy yourself. The location is great, its right across the street from the beach which is practically empty. The water is very warm, probably 84-86 degrees. The temperature outside was anywhere from 80-90 degrees all week, even in the middle of October. There is a fishing pier on the condo property which we saw manatees and porpoises in the mornings. The manatee swam right under the dock. The condo also has great TV options, unlike most rental properties that only give you a few channels, here you have your normal listings you would at home. I traveled with my wife and my mother and we had plenty of space and privacy. We each had our own bathrooms. The second bedroom has a bathroom right across the hall while the master family suite has one right in the room. Excellent place to stay. Definitely recommended."

  • Just what we needed!

"We had a 3 hour flight delay from Columbus to Tampa to start this weekend get away with! It was so frustrating. But once we landed in Tampa and I called the rental agent...it was easy from there on out! We were very worried about getting to the rental office before it closed, but all we had to do was call and she took care of it. Very easy to deal with. Gloria was a doll too! This is a gorgeous, gorgeous location. It is right on the beach, and it is a gorgeous beach. The area is mostly residential, not touristy, and we loved it. Not a ton of crowds on the beach, no traffic. Perfect! There are plenty of places just a very short drive up the street. We ate at Crabby Bills (yum) the first night which was great. Clearwater Beach is a short drive, and there is a really good Publix not far from there also. It was very easy to get to from Tampa Airport and St Pete, and not far at all. The assigned parking is nice and the building does have an elevator and luggage carts. The pool area is very nice and plenty of chairs. The condo itself was more than we expected. Very roomy and everything was there we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, it has a K-cup for coffee lovers :) The ONLY minor thing was only 2 of the pillows had pillow cases. There was plenty of pillows, and maybe the pillow cases were there somewhere, but we could not find them :) And make sure you bring your own beach towels. There are several beach chairs there. Oh..and make sure you go out on the beach and see the critters at night! There is a flashlight there for you to use :) Our last day there was PERFECT..gorgeous morning and we spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching a group of dolphins that lingered for some time out in the water right in front of us. The water was crystal clear. We will definitely be back..cannot wait to get back! Thank youuu :)"
